It isn’t a house!!!! You’ll drive by and think “uh…why is this taking me into someone’s backyard?!” It isn’t.

The state bought the land.

There is a fenced-in yard to let your dog run wild, and then a lovely reminder to LEASH dogs while on the trail.

My body wasn’t up for much walking, but I wanted to scout out the local parks and this one is a keeper :-).

Not a ton of parking, and you do have a decent slant to go down to the trial, but the trails are wide, so you likely could take wheels here if you have an off-road wheelchair.

A small area with easy trails that are cleared. One takes you right down to the river. Very peaceful.

This is such a beautiful area! We had never been before. We went to a birding event there. Nice area to walk and take in nature. There is a beautiful area with a picnic table by the water too. Even our puppy loved it! We will definitely be visiting again.

I grew up on this land, it was sold to developer who couldn't develop and eventually sold to the state. Huge amount of Indian artifacts have been found by our neighbor many decades ago, which we subsequently named the road we built after, Arrowhead rd. A little bit of everything is out there. Sand dune, swamp, brackish river, natural spring with a pond my grandfather excavated. Horse barn, Railroad tracks, tressel Bridge, gas lines, woods, fields, and an abundance of wildlife.

Beautiful views and a great place to hike!! Very hilly and rocky, also right behind an agricultural school with huge open fields. It’s also right near the Taunton river and there’s a little picnic table to stop by. So much scenery, greenery, and beautiful spots!! Please respect our Earth <3

This park is so cute! There is a small circle that you can hike with small children- it passes by the architectural school and the river. There is also a path along the old railroad that extends to a bridge (please don't try and walk over it!). I think you can go in other directions too! So much exploring for the future.

I felt wierd pulling into what looked like someone's driveway and then walking through their backyard. But this place was amazing. A rare jem that I wasn't expecting.
After just a short walk we saw the pond and a breathtaking view.
I wouldn't recommend bringing a stroller or a bike.

Looks like a residence but a super nice state park with trails. There's a spot with a nice view by the water with a picnic table. It can get a little mucky during spring/ spring-like months but my dog and I enjoy walking here. There's also a fenced in area where dogs can play and run around!
