After Spencer and I got engaged, we quickly realized that we needed someone to help us stay organized and on top of all of our deadlines. We hired Bristol as our partial planner and day-of coordinator, and it was easily the best decision we made throughout the planning process!!

Our monthly planning calls with Bristol were crucial to helping us stay on top of all of the details, and she provided a ton of extremely helpful planning spreadsheets that made everything very straightforward. We always knew what we had left to do and what was next on the agenda. She also took a lot of time to understand our vision for the wedding day, and virtually all of the vendors we ended up hiring came at her recommendation. It was also really important to us that our wedding create as little waste as possible, and all of the vendors she sent our way helped us towards that goal.

One of the things we appreciated the most was her assistance in finalizing details with our vendors. A lot of questions came up in those final calls that we hadn’t thought about or were not prepared to answer, and Bristol helped us make the right decisions every time.

Bristol was incredibly warm and supportive throughout the entire process. Her genuine care for us and our wedding made us feel like we were in very capable and trusted hands. We’ve received so many compliments from our wedding party and families about how effortlessly she managed the wedding day and the events leading up to it, as well as her thorough communication to everyone involved in the ceremony. The week leading up to the wedding was entirely stress-free for us because Bristol made sure that all of our boxes were checked well in advance of the wedding.

Hiring Bristol and her team is the best decision you could make for your wedding day, and we will be recommending her to all of our friends getting married in the future!!

Bristol was an absolute dream to work with! We were looking for a wedding coordinator who could offer us a hybrid package for the reception only, and she provided! We presented a lot of ideas and schedule details we had already generated, and she executed our plans perfectly! Words can’t describe how grateful I am for finding Sustainable Soirres for the day of coordination on our special day. As someone a bit overwhelmed by planning big events. Bristol was a lifesaver. We chose Sustainable Soirees as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June 2023 because of their commitment to sustainable design, collaboration and mindset.

First, when we explained our needs and vision to Bristol, she was up for the challenge. She chose us as much as we chose her. Secondly, the team knew several of our vendors, which was a huge plus for us, as it made coordination and communication easier. Even without those connections, the detailed documents provided helped us stay organized while giving the team the info they needed to ensure everything ran smoothly.

We appreciated Bristol's professionalism, creativity, flexibility and support throughout our wedding planning process. She helped us solidify our "theme" vision, gave her honest and expert opinion, ran on schedule, and picked up, set up, and packed up all of the decor items we had. They even sent us some of the photos they took of our venue and wedding day details.

We felt completely free to enjoy our wedding reception and are so glad we selected Bristol and her team. We would absolutely hire her for future events and couldn't recommend Sustainable Soirees enough -- especially for those who care about the sustainability of their event.

HIGHLY recommend Sustainable Soirées and Bristol for any event planning! We hired her to be our month-of coordinator and she was so helpful since the beginning. Bristol is so organized and experienced with weddings. She truly made the whole process seamless for us and thought of every little detail so that we wouldn’t have to. Everyone told me I was the most relaxed bride they’ve ever seen and that was all because of Bristol! During the planning process, I could text/email Bristol with my questions and she would always respond so quickly. She helped us with our ceremony rehearsal and most importantly made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. Her and her team always let me know that they were there if I ever needed support. I had the whole team bustling my dress for me at one point!
