Paid for the $14 option and felt like I paid for a $2 quality spit and wash option. Wash quality was horrible, as you can see in the photos. When I usually wash a car, I rinse down the entire car before applying soap, so dirt can fall off and not scratch the paint, but nope not at this car wash. The girl just sprayed foam on the front and back of the car and didn’t rinse the car before proceeding, so soap was applied on a DRY and dirty car!!!

After going through the wash I could still see dirt and the marks from the roller on my windows. Before you say “oh it’s the inside of the window”, it is not, I clean the inside part of my windows every other week. As for the wheels, you can see in the photo that they are still dirty, I did not drive far after, maybe half a mile, but I doubt it will get very dirty right away. All in all, it was a horrible experience.

This car wash could kill you and your family.

I have a truck with a roof rack on it and per surf thru policy, they are supposed to turn the top brush off because it might get stuck in the rack.

They did not turn the brush off, and the brush went through my windshield blowing glass everywhere.

If I had my kids in the car or a baby? There would’ve been small shards of glass blowing in their mouth and eyes because they never stoped the car wash to even check on us. Don't take the chance.

The worst part of this is that they are denying my damage claim.

Great service and an Awesome wash! I have taken many vehicles here my cars and trucks from personal vehicles and company trucks. Quick, fast and easy to get you in and out. Pay by one wash at a time or get the membership setup to save you time and money. There are parking areas for you to vacuum or use the air compressor hose to blast away some water from around your grill and mirrors. Be aware if you see many people parked at the vacuuming stalls make it a quick vacuum and go detail your vehicle at a near by area so others can share. Also if you bring a truck make sure you have no loose items in the bed because this will speed up your wash or you will have to remove the items before you can go through. If your vehicle is excessively dirty aka muddy stop by a nearby coin op Carwash to knock off the heavy mud then go here to get a good deep clean.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. My shark fin was ripped off of my car. Let the attendants know so it can be retrieved at least, and they ignored me over 15 minutes. My car also got all scratched up with the machines. This place needs maintenance BADLY.

Paid for the extreme and felt like we got a $5 job. Half the brushes were not working and barely cleaned our truck. On top of the wash being trash so is the staff, both employees we spoke to were rude as hell. My husband asked if we get a wipe with our package and air freshner and she handed them to him like we were asking for extra stuff. Will NEVER come back here again, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I pay for the #1 extreme wash membership but today got #2, not sure why but my car is not shiny like usual kind of disappointed going to have to start going to the Herndon location

Prices just keep going up. Will probably find a new carwash or start doing it myself.
Also I noticed a lot of scratches on the driver's side roof and above the driver's window. This is the first time this happened at this car wash. Thankfully I have an older car with other minor cosmetic issues but if this was a new car it would have been extremely upsetting. So just beware that this is a mechanical carwash and things like this could happen. I don't think I would ever take a new car to this type of carwash.
I'll take pictures and update my review. Ok I put the photo below. These scratches definitely look like they came from one of the roller brushes.
