My Wife and I attended the Houston Home & Garden Show @ NRG Stadium on February 8, 2025, and were advised by Robert, that we “won” a trip to the destination of our choice. We chose a trip to Costa Rica and in addition, a trip to Las Vegas. These trips were purchased at the cost of $199.00 & 100.00 respectively. Robert never mentioned the fact, and I did not notice till I was attempting to book this trip that it required attending a “90-120-minute presentation” I feel this was “false advertising” and should have been disclosed by Robert Miranda before we purchased these trips. I attempted to contact Robert directly via text, and I know he read the text, but he decided NOT to answer or provide ANY information. As per their cancelation policy, I requested a full refund in writing on March 1, 2025, which was well within the required 30 days following the date of purchase. I finally recieved my refund on April 15, 2025. Thank you for standing by your refund policy and making good on your word.

This people scam us, a guy told me and my husband we won a vacation at Houston air show and he made us to deposit $50 (he even fave us a receipt) which he said will be returning on the 90 min orientation day. We went to the orientation on time but nothing was there. The building was permanently closed. Please don't be fooled by scammers! Disappointed!

Recently, purchaced a travel package and I have not received any information on vouchers and no answer the number listed online. The voicemail does not state the company name just the number. I am very dissatisfied so far. 0 starts.
