*Writing this review in real time.* I have used this bus service for a year and never had a bed experience until nowm I am very disappointed right now. Had a 11:30pm bus driver came at 11:45. No apology for the delay, just shouted at everyone to get in a line. It is now 12:21am WE ARE STILL AT THE BUS STOP! Driver is slowly checking in folks. Folks are on the bus confused. ONE WHOLE HOUR! Terrible no apology no explanation.

Ever since transitioning from Supertours to Flexibus, the service has not been the same. Used this serviced in Nov of 2022 and the bus took unnecessary shortcuts and arrived at the destination about an hour late. Decided to move past that inconvenience and try out this service once more. The bus ended up leaving the departure point 30 minutes before it was scheduled to do so, and I missed my trip. Then I was accommodated and placed on the next bus which was severely unhygienic. Had used plastic bottles scattered everywhere, smelled like urine, had no toliet paper, and the toliet was dirty. Moral of the story: if you have somewhere to be on time, do not travel with them, you'll risk a chance at arriving late. Dear flexibus/supertours, please put in more effort at maintaining hygiene and sticking to schedules. Thank you.

Our entire family has used supertours buses for years to travel to Miami Airport. The fares have always been fair and the buses have always been on time. However, post COVID, ALOT had changed. I am not certain if they are Under New Management, but they certainly have been operating in a very poor manner. Today while attempting to get to the Miami Airport at 12 noon, the bus driver pulled up looked at the QR code and Confirmation, and said that we are not on the bus. He said he does not speak English and he left. Ironically, that was the bus we were supposed to be on. We ended up having to pay an additional $75 per person to get on another bus that was headed to Miami Airport, in an effort not miss our flight. We will NEVER EVER, EVER travel with Super Tours again. Today was the last straw. We had another situation travelling before the holidays last December, we ended up driving all the way to the Miami airport. Everything now SUCKS. Beware!!!

For some reason the last two times I've used this service was good all the way till I got on the bus . both time the same , ok for starters you book a ticket with super tours and end up using a complete different company either jetset on flixbus for me unfortunately had to use flix . The drivers for this company lack manor and professionalism by far not only rude as H.e double hockey sticks bus sucks plus the plug for the chargers did not work and the bathroom dirty !! Try to avoid this company if need be use them .

Horrible!!! They don't even deserve one star. I made a reservation for my brother to be at Orlando by 7:30 and when it was 7:00PM I noticed he was still two hours away so I asked why and he said they just made some stops. I called he office and choose to speak to someone in English to which the first man decided to transfer me to someone in Spanish and after a few minutes of going back and forth trying to get someone who spoke English I gave up and asked why the bus is late. To which he said it was because of "bad Miami traffic" which is funny because they were on schedule up to west palm which is NORTH of Miami and when I told him about the unscheduled stoppes he said it was because someone needed the bathroom, which granted might happen it doesn't justify a TWO HOUR delay. After me telling him it's unacceptable and saying I wanted a refund he said there was nothing to be done. At no point did he apologize for the delay or attempted to fix anything. Mind you, my bother is on the bus and the driver didn't even bother to explain to the passengers they are going to be late so they can contact who ever is picking them up.
I have used this line many times before but have never had such a horrible experience. I will definitely NEVER use them or recommend them again.

We have family traveling with this company, the bus driver did not accept tickets purchased, did not even scan QR code. The driver the proceeded to charge my family cash to do us the favor" and take them to the destination we have purchased and paid for and of course proceeds to say just don't tell anyone I did this "favor" to you. We reported the situation and there has been no resolution from the company.

They took advantage of someone traveling on vacation and not very knowledgeable of the area. Very disappointing, will never allow anyone I know to use this business again.

Abandoned my family with 2 small children at night with no where to stay and no transportation because of their computer error.

My family had a email confirming that we were to be picked up at 7 pm in front of our hotel by super tours. At about 7:15 no one had shown up. We called and they said we were supposed to be picked up at 5:30 pm. We told them that was not what our confirmed reservation said. They pulled our reservation up and said that, yes, their computer had emailed us the incorrect pickup time. No one bothered to call when we were not there at 5:30 also.

At this point I explained that my family with small children had no means of transportation in the city we were in and asked what they could do to help. Would they help us rent a car? Get a hotel? They offered no help. They never even acted sympathetic. They said they would either pick us up the next day or not charge us for the trip that we didn't take because of their admitted error.

I said that was not acceptable, that they had some responsibility to help us solve this problem and they could not just abandon our family with small children to figure out what to do that night with no assistance. They said they could simply do no more.

Finally, a supervisor agreed to at least refund our entire charge (to and fro, we were trying to get back home) to help offset the cost of whatever my family had to do that night. Not great, but something.

Luckfully, we found a car rental place open late and were able to just get in before they locked up for the night. In the middle of us scurrying around to do that, the same manager called back and basically said she changed her mind and would only refund the portion of the trip we missed and proceeded to refund us 48% of our round trip charge. I know that's only 2% less than half but the fact she took the time to call back when she knew we were scrambling around to fix their mistake, to rescind her offer of a full refund to give us a 48% refund was just so indicative of how little they cared about the situation they put us in.

Our children cried because they were scared when we had that hour where we had no idea what we were doing.

Please, do me and yourself a favor. Don't use this company. I don't want anyone else to have to be treated so poorly.
