Such a fun place!! You cannot beat the price for all day. It's nice and colorful for all ages. The AC is on point. I also like how they provide the socks for an additional cost, and keep them for the next time. The staff is extremely friendly and so helpful!

Brought my daughter here as apart of her Birthday Day. Front staff woman with short hair (describing as best I can I do not know names) was friendly and helpful. Young man at concessions had top shelf customer service skills (he should get a raise) and the woman Wyatt had the customer service skills of a seasoned manager who excels in customer service. I cannot say enough about Wyatt. I have worked in the customer service industry myself and she is exactly the kind of worker every company that deals in customer satisfaction would need to have.

That being said the atmosphere was clean (one of my biggest concerns in kids parks). I actually witnessed employees cleaning and picking up regularly while I was there.

We got pizza, and slushy drinks; no complaint there.

We played some games and the machine to make and load a game card for playing was not finalizing my transaction for loading more playing points. So I did have to download the app (you can use the app instead of getting a game card) and after I did that it was smooth. You just buy points and put your phone against the machines reader. Easy.

I came on a Friday around 10:30am and left a little after 1pm. Wasn’t too busy. I recommend buying whatever pass you need if you want to go on the jump area with your kid. At parks like this I always ask to purchase whatever ticket I need so I can be with my little. Parents can hang out outside the jumping area for free but you need a paid pass to get in the jump areas. Also, you do have to buy their socks but it’s obviously for the gripping on the bottom. Regular socks would just slide everywhere. And I think they’re only $3. Not a big deal as it makes jumping 10x safer. I was just at Urban air and they charged me $11 bucks for one pair which is Ridiculous. $3 is no big deal.

I mostly took the time to write this review to give a shout out to the wonderful staff there that day who were very kind to us.
I highly recommend this place. My kids are 5-12 and they all loved it.

My kiddo had a blast! Location was very clean, nice staff, open seating and space space space. I loved the fact you can really allow free play due to few entry and exit options. Great park!!

This place is great for kids to play all day , here sells food and water but I think you bring it that will better ! Ps: this place sells tickets + socks , so don't be too surprised when the employee asks you to buy more socks ! Friendly staff!

We love this place! Feels way safer than a trampoline park and fun for both kids and adults. Plenty of space plus optional arcade to keep the kids entertained for a while 🤩

Midweek playdates have become quite the trend, and Super Llama certainly lived up to the hype! My toddler had a blast in the designated toddler area, which featured a small hill for climbing, an interactive screen where she could chase animated worms, and a fun ball pit. She could’ve spent hours just in that section, but we also ventured into the larger play area, where she was thrilled by the slides and zip line—definitely some of the highlights for her.

We all had a great time expending energy as we bounced around, and it was the perfect outlet for our active little one. The facility is well-maintained, regularly monitored, and cleaned, which gave me peace of mind while my toddler explored. There was a child, a regular visitor, who kept removing his socks, but the staff was very attentive and politely reminded his adults each time. Aside from that small issue, everything else was fantastic. Grippy socks are required and can be purchased on sight. One adult and child with 2 pairs of socks costs $23.75 and covered our access from 10:30am- 3pm.

Overall, Super Llama is a fun, lively space suitable for all ages, with responsive and respectful staff who help create a positive experience for both kids and parents. We’ll definitely be back!

Being here for the first time, my kids are having an amazing experience. The staff is warm and attentive, with Miss Madi being especially helpful and kind throughout our visit. We definitely recommend this place – it's perfect for kids, and the prices are very reasonable.

We bought tickets when we got there and it was a quick checkout! Nice and clean atmosphere! Lots of arcade games and good idea for a kids birthday party! They even have an area for younger kids under 5!
