Great location. Units are cute. Cleanliness is 4/5. My main issue is with the rules and processes. For example, you’ll have to check out by 10am, but be required to wash all your own towels and bedding before leaving. Not easy if you have an early flight. You are reminded with signs everywhere (yelling at you with exclamation marks !!) what the rules are. You can’t get a speck of sand on your beach chairs or in your unit without losing pieces of your deposit, and the owner will remind you via texts throughout the week what you are doing wrong. I don’t recommend renting here, but if you do, I suggest telling the owner just to keep your deposit and allow you some peace and relaxation. In my opinion, she should charge a little more for cleaning and not put it on her renters. I did laundry every day, cleaned up every night, washed up my beach supplies, and left there feeling the owner hates me, haha. Not much for hospitality.

We have rented both Bay Breeze 1 and Bay Breeze 3 or last three visits. Loved both places, they are very roomy and clean. Nice King side beds and updated and decorated very nicely. Great beach access across the street with many more beach access up and down the road. Only 45 minutes away from Marco Island and Sanibel. Five minutes from Barefoot Beach. Lots of great food and Sweet Melissa’s Ice right down the road. We are already planning our next trip.
