Sunscape is a wonderful home for mom. The community ensures safety and a quality lifestyle. They work well with families to ensure mom has happy days. Whenever I have questions or matters to discuss, the Executive Director and Wellness Director respond quickly regardless of time or day…..I really appreciate that!!

If this is not fixed in room 242 my father will be locked in "again". The place is beautiful and the service has been excellent, although I rate maintainance at a 2.. Other services I would rate much higher. Maintaince has been told about this problem for over 2 months, and my father was already locked in his room as a result, with ZERO solution. I can see the problem, it needs 1 screw..

Always a kind and courteous staff available to assist. Always very clean pleasant to visit. Friendly environment and my father is very pleased and feels cared for. Went to movie night. A good movie was chosen… 80 For Brady. Several residents do say that a better selection of movies would be helpful and that many suggestions have been made.

I would like to take a moment to share a review in light of my mother's three-month anniversary since moving to Sunscape Boca Raton. Relocating can be a challenging transition at any age, particularly when one is over 90 years old. However, the management team, led by Jan Bressler, has consistently provided exceptional service, addressing my mother's needs with the utmost professionalism and care.

In these few months, we have celebrated three significant milestones in my mother’s journey. First, she no longer requires the wheelchair she relied on at her previous residence, thanks to the encouragement of her fellow residents and the attentive staff who have supported her in maintaining as much independence as possible. Second, she has gained over 12 much-needed pounds, thanks to the delicious and well-balanced meals served three times a day, complete with desserts. Lastly, she has reconnected with her social side, forming new friendships in the safe and welcoming environment of Sunscape.

While the transition was initially challenging, our family is now confident that moving her to Sunscape was the best decision. She smiles every day and no longer expresses the dissatisfaction she felt in her previous home. We are deeply grateful for the positive change this community has brought to her life.

The entire staff and residents are so amazing this place is top their clean the food is amazing I think they should have vending machines with water and snacks for the staff and visitors . Besides my opinion this place is a 10 out of 10
