Ended up being up in the area and wasn’t planning to get new tires, but with the incoming snow made a last-minute appointment. Everyone that I spoke to there was great and there was some miscommunication where an employee didn’t relay a request for an alignment to the technician working on it, but they made it right and did it very quickly past their closing, which was very appreciated. Definitely recommend as they seem to actually care!

Loved seeing the experienced techs finish up work with torque wrenches! Ensuring wheels are secured safely to vehicles.

Also - they showed their commitment to learning by being able to service my Rivian vehicle! I had so many service centers turn me down. Even years after the Rivian has been in production.

They secured my tires quickly and communicated very well over email as I navigated appointment and scheduling conflicts.

Wi-Fi in the lobby worked great to get some work done!

They made the 55 minute drive to go see them worth it with how they took care of me end to end.

This place quoted me $75 a piece, to mount and balance 4 new tires , that I purchased elsewhere. $300 for 4 tires? That's Literally insane. Do yourself a favor, go to Tire Warehouse, Get it done for $30 a piece, Or just about anywhere else that's not a big corporate place, Cause they will be more than willing to charge you a fair price, and earn your business. This place lost out on several things I needed done, because they wanted to rob me to mount 4 tires, that I didn't purchase from them. Guess what, I'll never purchase anything from you now.

My tire went flat not even 3 months after getting it on

edit:yes it was in april and yes it was a road hazard and yes i came and bought a replacement and alignment afterwards and spent the money for the lifetime repairs this time around.

the service itself was fantastic I just feel like I was pushed into options I may have had better or more reasonable ones than having to shell out 400 dollars for a tire and alignment because the roads suck.
