Sullivan park is a quiet little park to sit and watch the boats pass on the intercoastal. Parking is free for the first 4 hrs, but limited spots are available on weekends. Park is clean and updated. Launches for Deerfield Island Park use the dock on Sullivan Park, but the island is currently closed.

Nice little space on the Intracoastal for the kids to play in a splash pad or just sit on a bench with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway and watch the boats go by. If you hear rustling overhead in the trees, it's probably an iguana in one of the palms, as we have seen a few doing just that. It's called a park, but the green space is limited. Much of the "park" is actually concrete. Still it's a nice place for a quick escape. When the passenger ferry is operating, this is where it picks up and drops off people to and from Deerfield Island Park, which is well worth checking out too.

We absolutely loved this splash pad! The views are stunning, and the design is simply beautiful. 😍 The park offers a perfect haven for kids aged 10 and under, providing them with endless hours of fun and excitement. 💦🎉 It's the ideal spot to cool off and take a refreshing break from the Florida heat.

However, one thing to keep in mind is that parking is not free, which is somewhat unusual for most kids' playgrounds. But don't worry, there's a solution! Simply download the app for seamless parking and easy payment. 🅿️📱

What kid does not love a water splash area? Especially in this heat, it’s a perfect way to let the kids splash around and have fun and cool off all at the same time.
It’s a terrific place to bring your kids or just go relax and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal.
Super safe for the kids, they even have age-appropriate areas which is something I’ve never seen before.
No, you can’t bring your dogs, but there are plenty of places that you can do that.
It’s very clean, there’s even a handwashing station, and a place to grab something to eat if you want to spend some time there and not have to bring your own food.
Bathrooms are super clean! AND…It feels so safe there as well.
No weirdos or creepy crawlies walking around.
