toured here last week, friendly staff, leashed pets, full tour of outdoor amenities, and a virtual tour of the apartment unit i’m looking at. having an open unit to tour is great, but honestly the virtual tour was very helpful for us to see the inside of the apartment. one suggestion, maybe a tour of the laundry amenities in buildings would be helpful. Overall great experience though.

I’ve enjoyed my time here at Sugarloaf. The units are clean and updated. Brooke and the rest of the leasing office staff are very warm and helpful. The maintenance team is great and prompt with any service requests. The complex is in a great location with many amenities onsite and frequent resident events. I highly recommend coming here for your next apartment!

I had a tour of their model home and I have based my review on what I saw. It is a very neat estate that has everything you need, especially as a student at UMass Amherst. It's relatively farther away, but has the bus stop right on the property, which is a plus. The staff are very friendly and patient and will answer all your questions.

I don’t live here but had to leave a review on Abigail’s tour of the property. As a prior leasing agent, Abigail gave a 5 star tour. She elegantly explained all of the amenities and options, and navigated my husband’s questions without violating Fair Housing laws. It’s not always easy to address questions that you can’t answer, but she did a fantastic job. If the tour is any indication of the property management here, I definitely think they have a great operation going.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Sugarloaf apartments and it exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are top-notch, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The management team is superb, always attentive and ready to assist. Their hospitality is unparalleled, making me feel right at home from day one. And don't miss out on their iced coffee—it's the best relief after a long day! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience renting a 2B1B with an in-unit washing machine and dryer. Our apartment was handed to us spotless as advertised. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly. They listen to any concerns and are proactive in keeping the complex clean and safe. Shared areas in each building are vacuumed on a regular basis, and maintenance is quick and efficient in addressing any issues. Our unit was well-insulated, which helped us keep our utility bills minimal through winter. The Bus 31 route to UMass starts its route in the middle of the complex and arrives every 30 minutes or less.

My dog Kiko and I have really enjoyed my time at Sugarloaf Estates! The office staff Brooke and George (and Lexie) are amazing! They have been so helpful and so kind. The amenities are first rate and the maintenance crews work constantly so that the grounds are always beautiful. The apartment I lived in was clean, bright, and cozy. If I weren't moving out of state, I would stay here. I highly recommend! Kiko recommends the grounds and the dog park!
