Pretty alright in general. Full sized refrigerator and dishwasher, stove top, sink and cabinet equipped with dishes and silverware in the room. It was almost completely clean, however it smelled heavily of bedbug spray. There were no bedbugs though. Also when we first checked in the room, there were reminiscences of…..something in the toilet which was very disgusting. We also booked the hotel with intentions of swimming but the pool was closed. The last straw was when I was naked and one of the hotel employees knocked on my door about 10 times while I was trying to get dressed. When we answered the door, the employee explained that we didn’t pay for our final night. We had to talk to the receptionist at the lobby who explained that for some reason, we were booked for 8 nights but only charged for 7. She told us not to worry about it which was nice, but the knocking was very startling. Overall, pretty average and nothing special. But stayable.

I read many reviews prior to visiting. People tend to complain more than compliment. I'm here to compliment. I looked at 3 different rooms before choosing to stay. All of the rooms were very nice. Super clean, roomy, and equipped with all essentials of an extended stay. The staff are very nice. The location is great as it is close to and in walking distance for anything you would need. Prices are very competitive for the area. Would certainly recommend.

Nice rooms with a full size refrigerator and a cute little stove and even a little mini dishwasher! And they even stock cups, pot and pan and a mini thing of dishwashing liquid. They also have a 24 hour gym and laundry facilities. The only complaint we had about this place is the pool was closed and it doesn't state that on Expedia or Google. She said the pool has been closed for quite a while now. It would have been nice to know that beforehand as hot as it is this time of year here. Oh! And they are pet friendly! ? Other than the pool situation, overall it's a nice place and convenient to lots of things

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The fire alarm went off at 2 am: chipped paint, bugs, stained carpet, and rips in furniture. The bed was soft; that was the only good thing.

I'm not sure how this hotel has a 3.3 rating. I'm sure they are paying for reviews.
Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Filthy and horribly run down.
Whatever you do ,do not stay here.
The first document they have you sign is a no refund agreement. Now I know why. If it wasn't for the fact that I was in the middle of the night that we checked in and just got done driving 20 hours and was exhausted I would have never stayed here.
Don't do it!

Worst hotel. It's not for guests, people live here with pets. It's filled with roaches, urine and feces in the hallways, the front desk is plain mean and they yell at you. The rooms are nasty. Carpets are stained, stink, and mold. The tubs are gross, they are clogged and filthy. The toilet seats are broken and plumbing is backed up all the time. The prices are up and down, no refunds different rates for good and bad quests as they consider. Only good thing is it's close to everything in town. Beware, bring bug spray.

NO KEYS for the rooms, and this had evidently been the case for about a week. Customers either must keep their motel rooms propped open or ask the sole desk clerk on duty to escort them to their rooms to unlock the door each time they leave. To book this room at the best rate, I had to go with the nonrefundable reservation, not knowing at the time about the key situation. Even upon arrival, when learning the key situation, there was no offer to refund the reservation. If I hadn't already driven all day, I would have insisted on a refund, and found a different motel. (Heck, there wasn't even an offer of the "free beverage or 100 reward points" for Elite Choice members, as a tiny bit of acknowledgement for this bizarre situation.) ..... The room was clean. But no coffee maker and the TV had been set up to a setting that made it difficult to access the network. Notwithstanding my extreme displeasure re: the keys, kudos to desk clerk Ms. Chris, who handled the situation with admirable equanimity - not only with me, but for any other customers I saw her deal with, and who kindly found a room for me that was far more convenient for me (because of the key issue) than the one originally assigned. ... And kudos to the workers who were there for extended stays, who were very patient about the situation. Unacceptable: Lack of room access key cards, failure to offer refund to guests upon arrival, and lack of any sort of offer of compensation for the significant inconvenience to guests, e.g. additional reward points or reduced room rate.

This morning we were trying to get our disabled 6 year old to the school bus. He had a small melt down on the way. Cassandra from guest services came out screaming at us saying she was guest services. Proceeded to say she was going to get us kicked out because our disabled child has a 1 minute melt down. Supposedly woke up the whole floor. As we were trying to bring him back to the room she became just as loud as him and scared both children in the hall as well as woke up my 10 month old son yelling at us. She refused to let us talk to her and would get louder every time we tried explaining he was disabled. She said she did not care. When I tried to dial 0 she picked up and went off on me for trying to report it. Management isn’t here until 9. Every other hotel staff has been great with him besides her. They are all aware he’s disabled and are more than willing to chat with him and offer a helping hand.
