Pros: Hotel was well located for my business purposes and priced well. I also enjoyed the room size and layout and a steady, cold AC which promoted comfortable sleep. Cons: the room carpet felt dirty and likely deserves a deep clean. Additionally, there was a strong, abrasive cleaner smell in the room. Finally, the breakfast quality left a lot to be desired! Ultimately sleep is what I rate hotels on and because I slept well, I would stay here again.

This hotel is great! We've stayed here for 3 nights, multiple rooms for weeks. We are a small business working out of town, they are very responsive and accommodating to our last minute changes in number of rooms and nights needed. Melissa at the front desk is so pleasant to deal with, makes traveling feel like being home. Rooms are clean and spacious, lobby dinner and drinks every evening that are complimentary makes a hard day at work so much more relaxing every night. We travel all along the east coast for work and I only wish all of our stays were this great!

Staff is great but the hotel itself could use a renovation. They have done a great job with maintaining the property but considering most rooms have a queen size bed and the mattresses are very uncomfortable would love to see an update. Other than that, great hotel

Rooms are nice and the water pressure in the shower is excellent, even with being on the fourth floor. Provide an evening meal for free on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays which was good and had a good breakfast. If looking for a hotel with a pool don’t go to this one, the pool was outside and closed, water was completely green.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was obvious a previous tenant(s) partied hard here. The bathroom door was partially pulled from the hinges and wouldn't close without lifting it. The shower rod was reattached to the wall (poorly) and the curtain wouldn't stay in place. Several spots where plaster work was done. Seems the hotel when on the cheap to repair the room. Overall happy with the stay, but I think I am moving to Choice hotels for budget stays and Marriot for consistent quality.

The room was well laid out. Modern cabinets real plates and silverware. Didn't expect a dishwasher. Laundry room and 24 hour hot coffee in the lobby. Staff was very helpful and knowledable, and professionally dressed.

We stayed in a suite and the refrigerator was loud and making sounds. We couldn’t get a restful nights sleep and the front desk told us manager and maintenance left for the night. Was hoping for a nice shower after a restless night - NOPE no soup and no water pressure

It smells bad here like rotten sugar and perhaps hampering when smoking was allowed. All carpets need removal from this place they probably hold all kinds of novel bacteria. Also there are usually loud drunk people in the courtyard at night, and since walls are thin there's a lot of TV noise. Other than that room service was great and efficient. I couldn't stay because of the smell.
