Great affordable place to stay. Bathrooms could use updating…pretty clean. Suite had everything we needed and more. Beds sleep great and pillows are wonderful. Pool area had really strong chlorine smell could be better ventilated. Breakfast was great! Overall would stay again and the staff were kind!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

First and foremost, the staff at this hotel truly made our stay special. Hagan was a pleasure to meet at check-in and answered all my questions, recommending restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

The cleanliness of the rooms was another highlight. Our suite was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a top priority when traveling. It was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, and this attention to detail contributed significantly to our enjoyment of the stay.

Location-wise, Staybridge Suites couldn’t be better situated. It’s conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. Whether we were in the mood for a cozy café or a lively dinner spot, we had plenty of options just a short drive away.

Overall, we had a fantastic time at Staybridge Suites. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and a prime location made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chattanooga, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The staff were exceptionally nice during the check in/out process and answered any questions we had. We thought the bed was super cozy and slept well both nights. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels we have stayed in. My only complaint was the heat was set to 74 degrees, which was too hot for our liking. We could not get the thermostat to set to a lower temp so we simply turned the unit off and that solved the issue. The room was a bargain for a suite and we will definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with the accomodations. We enjoyed the social gathering which included dinner and drinks, and the hostess Norma was fantastic! Also, Hagen at the front desk was delightful and professional. Our room had a small kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the necessary supplies to make it a home away from home. We would definitely stay again!

I requested my 2 rooms to be away from the elevator and next to each other, but they gave us 1 room literally next to the elevator, and our 2 rooms were far away from each other.

It was late and we only stayed for 1 night so I didn't bother to complain about this.

Both rooms were very dated and the bath tubes have a sheet of something to cover up the rust? or crack? The tube in my room doesn't even have a dish for my bathing stuffs. There were no hooks or space to put my clothes, and even the counter top next to the sink was limited in space.

The 2 elements I like were the kitchenette in the rooms and the breakfast, which had good enough choices and nicely cooked breakfast items.

The hotel isn't brand new but it is very clean and spacious, and the service is outstanding. The cleaning crew had my room immaculately prepared, and the evening reception staff was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Thank you for the hospitality! Highly recommended.

My first ever experience with a staybridge suits hotel and it were THE BEST literally! I enjoyed from beginning to end. VERY clean, friendly staff , home-like atmosphere just overall a very good feel at this hotel. Would recommend 10/10 for sure

After reading the recent reviews on cleanliness, I booked a one night stay in this hotel during our trip home from Florida. In our case the room was not clean, which in my opinion is the most important part of a hotel stay. We got into the room late because traffic was backed up in many areas. The hallway smelled musty and our room smelled very strong of air freshener. I pulled out the pull out sofa bed for my children and it was filthy. Black in some areas and smelled like vomit. The whole side of the mattress was orange like someone had vomited down it and it wasn’t cleaned up well. There wasn’t a mattress protector on the mattress. The sofa bed was also advertised to sleep two people, but it could not…comfortably at least (it was a twin size at best). The staff was very attentative and listened to my concerns, but they didn’t have any solutions since the hotel was booked for the evening. I had already looked into other hotels before booking this one and knew it would be difficult to find another room, so we just stayed because we had already been on the road so long. I ended up having my children sleep on top of a sheet covered couch, which was not easy for a teenager and almost teenager. The carpet and kitchen had not been swept or poorly swept. There was thick dust on the back of a ledge in the room. There was food on the wall behind the sofa. The elevator was dirty. None of us actually slept and I couldn’t wait until morning so we could leave.
