I absolutely love staying at the Staybridge Suites in Boston—everything from the friendly, accommodating staff to the immaculate, modern rooms is truly top-tier. The hotel is always clean, quiet, and spacious, and it offers a level of comfort that makes it feel like a home away from home.

Pro tip when booking: make sure to request a room on the Staybridge side rather than the Holiday Inn side. The Staybridge rooms come with comfortable king-sized beds, and feel more like stylish studio apartments than typical hotel rooms. You’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishes, pots, pans—everything you need to cook a meal or settle in for an extended stay.

The free daily breakfast is always delicious and offers a great variety. The fitness center is huge—way bigger than most hotels—with tons of equipment and space to do your own thing. One of my favorite features? The free laundry! All you need is detergent, and you can knock out your laundry while working out or relaxing in your room.

The entire hotel has a modern, upscale vibe with beautiful decor that gives off luxury apartment energy. I stay here regularly—2 to 4 times a month—and it’s consistently a great experience.

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s cozy, clean, and offers all the comforts of home (and then some), this is it. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better location to both the airport and the train station, which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel, so we were able to take in a bit of the Boston downtown during the evening. An airport shuttle operates 5 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. according to their website, but I think they also have late afternoon to evening hours as well. Our driver gave us a great restaurant recommendation!

We enjoyed the room, and the kitchen area is well stocked and modern.

We arrived earlier than planned, and fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was fantastic because we had been up for many hours! The staff was really friendly.

The breakfast area was very spacious and pleasant with plenty of seating. Breakfast, while decent, could be improved. Individual cartons of milk would have been a good addition. Maybe they were waiting for inventory replacement?

Definitely a great stay for us and one that we would repeat.

There was a shuttle that was prompt in picking us up at the airport. The check in process was smooth. The room was nice,plenty of room and quiet. The only negative for us was the pillows were very soft. Not good for the neck. Also, the flashing light from the smoke detector is very bright. We ordered takeout from a local restaurant and ate in the dining area having a cocktail from the bar so that worked out well. Lots of choices for restaurants and most will deliver if you don't want to walk, take an uber or drive.

A very nice and clean hotel with excellent staff. Rooms are a bit tight for a kitchenette style room and there is no bathtub (If a preference). Entrances are a bit confusing if not familiar with the area. Overall, well priced. Breakfast did not have any non-pork options any day of the week.

Newer hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, kitchenette. Very nice lobby with full service bar & food, and lounge area. Front desk staff is especially helpful with service requests and local area information. Easy 5 minute walk to affordable Boston Blue Line that connects to other lines to arrive at many major destinations in about 30 mins or less. Walk 15 mins to uncrowded Revere Beach (October). Free hotel shuttle from/to Logan Airport. Definitely would stay again.

The room was super clean and quiet. The location near the subway was excellent for getting into the city. We arrived early, and it wasn’t a problem for the staff to keep our luggage until we completed check in later. Minor issues were parking confusion, and the room has no place to stow our luggage. I wish there were a closet. So you’re stuck putting them in random corners on carpet. Not ideal.

I like to stay in IHG Hotels as a Gold member. This is my 2nd time staying in staybridge. This experience was horrible. First of all Kevin who was at the front desk didn’t welcomed me as a member. I asked for luggage cart and he told me wait, i have been waiting so long with no luck i had to carry all my luggage up and down one by one. During the checkin i refuse the parking charge since i have other options. I didn’t fill the paper at all. During all my stay when i came to pick up my family he kept reminding me my car will be towed i told i will be quick and i moved in less than a minute. My room wasn’t clean for the all 3 nights of my stay. I understand the thanksgiving schedule but at least i could have received service on Friday. Kevin was the one who checked me out again and i asked him to email me the receipt he said yes even i never received it. Now check my IHG app, i’m surprise they charged me for 3 days parking. This is unacceptable. I reached out to them again and the assistant told me i will receive an email which i never received. I will follow up on this until i got my parking charge refund.

This hotel is nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious and airy. The staff, especially Oscar and Kevin, were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed mattress was not great, but the front desk was able to get me an extra mattress pad during our stay which helped immensely. The location was convenient - the nearest T-line station was maybe about a 10 minute walk. Airport was around a 10 minute drive. The hotel is on a noisy street which is why i gave it 4 stars. I would totally stay here again, but i would request a room facing away from the street.
