I needed a last-minute stay and the lady Who was working the front desk was very helpful Making sure she got my reservation before they closed. However, when I arrived, it was a nightmare in the room was disgusting smelling and it was so dirty. The sheets In bed were soiled and not changed before we got there. The bath towels had hair on them. I was excited to be able to use the kitchen to cook for my little one, but the cups plate plates, etc. were not clean and there was no soap to clean them with. I called to see if someone could bring me cleaning supply and new linens. I ended up going and buying cleaner and having to clean everything myself . She did bring me a set of new sheets. I ended up having to go my pillows blankets And kitchen supply. The worst thing about the cleanliness was the obvious Built-up dust, Mold, and mildew. I could not afford to just out Another few hundred dollars to make us stay somewhere else. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. Which is super disappointing because I like the idea of it.

This place is SO pretty! We did this place through AIRBNB room 125.
Food city right across the street- walking distance. Right off the interstate. Somewhat of a Mountain View. It’s towards the back away from the road so it’s nice and quiet, even with other animals here. They have a stunning courtyard to relax in, grill, or just soak up some sun. The service was great, we did an Airbnb rental in room 125 and they were very communicative. We didn’t really interact with the hotel staff because of this though, which is okay! The room is gorgeous ! Very clean! The only thing I will say is they don’t have much cookware for the oven. So bring a couple of your own items if you want to cook a meal. The couch is a bed so it’s a little on the hard side and it’s used for sure, but still nothing out of the ordinary. We wouldn’t mind staying here again. The photos really live up to their standards !!

Excellent service by the management and housekeeping staff. Been staying with this location for over 2 years whenever I'm in town and won't stay anywhere else. More like home away from home then anywhere else I've stayed. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I recently rented a room here for my family to stay over Thanksgiving week. I had rented here in the past due to the relative low cost, the nice look of the rooms, and access to a full kitchen and dishes which is convenient for my parents. Although the rooms and facility are nice, the refrigerator stopped working during the stay, and we were told there was no way for it to be fixed. We ended up using ice bags and coolers to keep food from spoiling. I was told I would hear from management regarding some form of restitution considering the inconvenience, but I received no restitution and never heard from the "manager" about the issue. Nice facility, but given my recent experience, will not be renting here again. I'll happily pay more for better service.

Rooms need to be updated a little. Couch was old and the couch bed sagged in the middle. 2 queen beds slept ok. Room had a bit of mildew but not too bad. Some outdoor ventilation might solve that problem. Not bad for the price. Kitchenette was nice but bring your own utensils (or buy from Walmart across the street).

I had a great experience when I stayed here on a business trip last month. This place was very convenient, accommodating, very clean rooms, great amenities, super friendly housekeepers and staff. I really enjoyed my stay and most definitely will be visiting again! Thankyou! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
