Amazing structure.

We had the opportunity to passing through the Alabama State in SEP_FY2024 and it was an amazing experience, a great opportunity to learn more about Alabama's history and legacy.

We did a plant tour in scenic places and for sure it's a remarkable state.

Definitely, it's a pure nature that deserves my respect. It was a privilege.

It was a great place to stop by if you guys driving through this route. We stopped for restroom use, they had a clean restrooms, nice picnic tables and vending machines as well, the staffs at the welcome center were very friendly!

Absolutely wonderful way to enter the state of Alabama!!!! I just stopped by to stretch and use the restroom but got far more than I bargained for. The greeter had a great spill on the history of the building, and it's supposed durability in a hurricane. The bathrooms were well kept, and the art is far beyond what I would expect at a welcome center. Complete five stars for what it is.

The State of Alabama Welcome Center is a great point of entry to the state.
The area, as well as the interior and the restrooms are very clean and taken care off, the staff is one of the friendliest I have ever met and they surely can help you with discount brochures and travel planer, to make your stay (or just drive through) in Alabama as good as possible.
Snacks are also available and it is a warm welcome all the way through!

We normally don't travel this way, but I missed the GPS instructions, so surprise! So glad, though. This is by far the best Alabama rest area. Extremely clean and fun. Cute statues and the inside is decorated beautifully. Friendly staff. Glad we took this little accidental detour.

Antonio was wonderfully informative and pleasant. The grounds are covered with cool things like statues, colorful flooring, a lighthouse-like structure, and an older Welcome to Alabama monument. Lots of parking, LOTS OF FIRE ? ANTS, be careful walking on the grass and watch your pets.

This is probably the largest and most beautiful welcome center and rest area I have ever seen. Very large and spacious parking area for UHauls,Semis,RVs, Campers and horse trailers. It has plenty of restrooms. I was really impressed with the lighted picnic area at night. Also has a dump station and Pet ? walk ,Great stop on East bound I 10 at the Mississippi/Alabama State line
