I've always felt a bit nervous about going to the Highline campus because it's like a maze, and I tend to get lost. But this time, I called ahead, and the receptionist gave me super clear directions so I found the office right away!

On the day of my appointment, the receptionists were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They really care about each person who walks in, and it was such a pleasant atmosphere. I had to wait for about five minutes, but it was nice because I felt so welcomed.

When it was time for my bone density scan, the assistant was absolutely lovely! She explained everything to me, and even when I got my dressing a bit mixed up, she was so sweet about it – telling me it was totally okay.

Then I went on to have my mammogram, and that experience was wonderful too! The technician was light-hearted and friendly, which really helped take my mind off things. I usually dread mammograms, but she made it so much easier. Overall, my appointment was a fantastic experience!

I’m from Texas and this by far is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to! My daughter came in extreme pain spent all day there and we constantly had to ask for someone to help her manage it, the staff seemed annoyed and rude, doctors and nurses have terrible beside manners the nurse left my daughters hand and arm all bruised by poking her so much as if they don’t know what they are doing this place is so dirty and smelly to! We had to go to another hospital after spending all day here with there in adequate help! Don’t come here if you’re in need of medical assistance!!

The emergency room staff was wonderful. Nice and polite. I had all of the test done quickly, which included labs, X-ray, EKG, ultrasound and a Cat Scan. The Dr came to my room and gave me directions for my health care. I have no complaints regarding my care. I am not a big fan of the Emergency Rooms in this area, I have been to several unfortunately and in my opinion St.Anne’s is the best

St. Anne Hospital (formerly known as Highline Hospital) has always been my go-to place for healthcare and a good place for emergencies. The location is convenient, and the staff is very professional.

The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, and they care. I went to the emergency room to get stitches on my head from an accident at work a while back. The doctor did a great job. My younger sister just had a mastectomy and was fully recovered and discharged on her second day. That is amazing.

The hospital looks beautiful! The souls of individuals working at this hospital are also beautiful! I am grateful and very pleased with the staff at this fantastic hospital.

To be clear, this review is for the Urgent Care portion of the Franciscan Health in Burien.

The doctor prescribed prednisone to help deal with a bad cough during to bronchitis. After a few days, my cough was subsiding but I felt like I was crawling out of my skin. After doing some research, talking to a nurse practitioner I know, and then recalling my previously prescribed steroids, prescribed steroid dosages are typically tapered over their course to avoid these kinds of reactions. Instead, the doctor prescribed 40 mg per day for five days. While my cough did vanish, it took several days for me to get back to get over the dizziness and lightheadedness to feeling normal again from the steroid dosage.

I looked back and found that I’d taken prednisone several times in the past using decreasing dosages and never had this issue, so I know it wasn’t a reaction to the steroid itself, just the consistent dosage over time.

Overall, my experiences with St. Ann’s over the years has been very good. However, over the last six months there has been some lapses in their treatment, including one where they would not approve a prescription refill after my PCP had left, even though there was one refill left. They insisted I come in to talk to a newly assigned PCP who wasn’t available until three weeks after I’d run out of medication. All this without notifying me. It took me questioning my pharmacy to find out my refill had been denied and several phone call trying to get Franciscan to understand they were leaving me high and dry before the finally agreed to let me see a doctor who would not be my PCP for the refill.

Two strikes, one more and I’m switching providers. Hopefully these are just glitches.

One last thing; I would not have written this review if that hadn’t been constantly annoying me with reminders to do so. It’s not always best to get what you ask for.

We recently had a wonderful experience at St. Anne Hospital, Birth Center in Burien, WA where my wife delivered our baby. The entire staff was incredibly professional, kind, and caring throughout our stay. A special thank you to Dr. Blevins, such an amazing person, and to the nurses Rossana, Salima, Lana, and others whose names I have forgotten, but whose professionalism, kindness and support we will always remember. Their compassionate care made a big difference during this special time in our lives. We’re truly grateful!

Goes to show they don’t read their reviews before sending out a second review for Google, I wish this review was based on a wonderful experience but this is not one of those. It was awful and considering how we feel when we visit an Emergency Room we want to be heard and not told we’re busy and you can sit down. Or left in a room with your IV bag empty and when you ask a hospital staff employee to help you’re told not my job. But yet they want to make sure you have money to pay the bill you get. In short I wouldn’t send my Cats there for care.

I had some bad experiences with some medical professionals. It was a relief and comforting to know that I had none of those worries at St Anne's hospital. I felt care for and they listen to me and what I had to say about what I was feeling in my body. I'm in South Seattle and also I'm glad that period is only 20 minutes from my home. I have begun to use the hospital and it's associates for most of my medical requirements. I'm very happy with the doctors that I've met. It was nice to hear a doctor say we'll do the test if it's just for giving you peace of mind. The hospital made me feel that I was important to them.

I went in at about 11pm on a Saturday night to get stitches for a cut finger. To be honest I did not want to go in because frankly your ER can be a complete nightmare experience. But I did and I was very happy and surprised to see a quiet waiting room, got back to triage in 5 min and from there was in a chair and being stitched up within 10 more minutes. The doctor was efficient and kind and quick and I was out in about an hour or a little more. Every person along the way in that experience was helpful and efficient. To be honest I will still go elsewhere if I am having a major issue...but I was extremely satisfied with my experience that night with my cut finger. Many thanks to all.

I want to give a huge thank you to all of the nurses and care team at Saint Ann’s Labor & Delivery unit. The care I received during my labor was truly exceptional, and I felt so supported during this life-changing experience.

After moving late in my pregnancy, I made the last-minute decision to deliver at Saint Ann’s instead of Saint Joseph’s—and I’m so glad I did. Every question I had about labor, medications, breastfeeding, and more was answered with patience, clarity, and genuine empathy. It was clear to me that everyone I encountered truly cared about my well-being and wanted me to have the best experience possible.

I especially want to thank the nurse who cared for me when I was admitted and who stayed by my side through delivery. Her support and encouragement, along with my OB’s guidance, made all the difference. When the baby was crowning, they coached me through each contraction, telling me when to push and when to relax. Thanks to their encouragement, I was able to stay calm, keep my breathing steady, and deliver my baby without an epidural in just 38 minutes after reaching full dilation.

There were moments I felt like I couldn’t keep going, but my nurse and OB never let me lose confidence. Their reassurance and compassion helped me achieve the birth experience I had hoped for.

Thank you to the entire Saint Ann’s Labor & Delivery team for your dedication, kindness, and the incredible care you provide to women and families. I will always be grateful for the way you helped bring my baby into the world.

I came in a couple days after a lumbar puncture with some serious issues. The NP (I can’t remember his name) was amazing and got me back immediately. They started running test after test immediately to make sure I wasn’t having a stroke or something else that would be life-threatening. The nurses and entire staff (aside from the front desk lady- why is she still there? Not pleasant. Never has been) were excellent and kind. Very patient and empathetic. They got me in and out as quickly as they could. I’ve always had a good experience with this E.D. The custodian was a sweet guy. He gave me a good laugh. Thank you, everyone.
