Place is gross landlord is a slum lord it's roach infested everyone just about is behind on rent in this park. Landlord party's way to much every weekend. The trailer I'm talking about has mold and everything is falling apart I'm sure most trailers are. They are scamming these people on lights they never ever check meadars it's crazy here. It needs to be shut down to be honest

Very nice little place quiet affordable most people seem to be pretty nice there is an on site maintenance \ repair man was myself. and the manager also on site easy to talk . I just wish there was more spaces also On site laundry services. But a lot of drug traffic it seems. And people on related to mangament always have loud parties and tons of problems.

For an RV park it is a nice environment, the manager is very nice as well and takes care of her residents

Bug filled trailers not all but some price on some are way to high. Also managers can never help fix things you a ask them to fix and the managers come and go way to much
