Wendy did a great job putting together my Italy adventure! The hotels were fabulous and my itinerary was easy to navigate. Their partnerships with agencies abroad got me upgraded to places that greeted me with personalized treatment, bottles of Prosecco, and many extras. She found flights that fit into my timeline for a better price than I was able to find on my own. Very happy customer!

Decided to go to a travel agent so that I could get the best quality and value out of my trip, having no experience with traveling. Was completely misled to the wrong vacation destination. Was talked out of going to my original destination because of the travel agents personal opinions, which were invalid and where I was sent happened to be the exact opposite of what was said about it. I feel greatly like I wasted my money. I trusted this travel agent to help me find the best vacation based off of my interests and needs, and they sold me not for one person, but for 2 people to go somewhere they said was wonderful and had been there before, but was actually come to find the exact opposite of where I wanted to be, and the exact opposite of what I had described as what I wanted. Clearly, we have very different opinions.

We had made reservations for Sandals Ochi in Jamaica, and then I had an acccident. SPT contacted the resort, explained my situation, and was able to secure the closest room available (in our category) to the lobby. And moved our travelling companions to the room next to ours for additional assistance.
I was therefore able to walk myself (recovering from a broken femur and broken ribs) to restaurants, pool, activities. They also assisted in the COVID requirements. Let them know what you need, and they will move heaven and earth to get it for you!!

**I have used SPT for any years and for many trips. I have never left a review, although their service has always been top-shelf!! This time they really went above and beyond, which is why I left a review.

We booked a flight with 4 seats next to each other for 4 family members with 2 being my children. Upon arriving at the airport without notice or options our seats were moved and I had an unaccompanied minor who has never flown before sitting by herself and my other adult child sitting by himself for an 8.5 hour flight. After calling agent they said they “looked it up and they are allowed to do whatever they want”. “Because she was over 15 they were allowed to put her by herself” NO I never gave permission for my minor child to fly unattended!!!!!! Why was I not made aware that this could happen? Also apparently I should have done more research on the hotel they put them in because it is literally over 100 degrees and there is little to no air conditioning in this hotel! I have no guarantee that they will be next to each other for the flight home either.
Very under informed about the flights or the hotels. We went to them with the trust that they would have the best in mind for my family and that they would do a better job then we would have.
