Rooms were clean and spacious. They had a charging cord plugged into the phone and on was broke. I went to move it and it was very hot. I told the front desk. While i was sleeping i relieved a bit on my belly. No other place. Looked for bed bugs but did not find any. So not sure what it was. The breakfast is not good at all. The eggs were terrible. Sausage was ok. Not into oatmeal. Could use better food.

Refreshing stay here while on business. The hotel is easy to find just off Highway 70. All of the rooms are suites and are spacious, clean, and well-designed, with amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting the area, offering good value for the price, most of the time. It can be on the expensive side when town is busy.

We enjoy every opportunity to stay at this location. This specific visit, Amanda really went out of her way to be sure we had the best experience possible. She assisted with kindness when we thought we might have to change rooms(not their issue, it was ours) and was kind and friendly from check in to check out, working a double on check in day as well as the morning we checked out. Beyond grateful for her outstanding customer service!!

Unfortunately, we have had to travel down to the Gila Valley every summer for the last six years for a burial in the Thatcher Cemetery . We have stayed at the spring hill suites each time. They have always been so kind and willing to work with us. One time the mortuary forgot to bring the flowers and we had to bring the flowers ourselves. The staff Allowed us to put them in the conference room and they turn down the AC so that they would stay fairly fresh. We have always felt taken care of when staying here. The facility is clean. The breakfast is delicious. Customer service is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that they are the most expensive in all of the hotels in the area by a good $80. I will go back and hopefully I can keep finding deals so I can stay there.

We had the best experience. I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and the customer service was phenomenal here. Linda was so helpful and took extra good care of my friend with a food allergy. The front desk staff and maintenance staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

We got a flat tire right outside of town and had to make last minute arrangements to stay overnight at this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They gave us suggestions of how to get around while our car was getting fixed. And I swear every time we saw a new staff member. Not only did they say hello but they asked us if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

I typically love to stay at Marriott hotels. As a BonVoy member , it is my first choice.
However, I was disappointed here. I find it ridiculous that basic room refreshes are not offered. I had to go to the front desk for coffee because it wasn’t stocked in my room to begin with. They only had decaf available. I think it’s tragic that Covid allowed the service industry to drop their standard of excellence. I’ve stayed at other Marriots that still ensure that a daily room refresh is taken care of. I’m not sure why this location opts out.
My door had a strange thing happening with a deadbolt. You had to manually push the bolt back inside the door for it to even shut. When I mentioned it to the front desk, she was very disinterested despite my safety concerns.
Breakfast was minimal-at best.
This place was not terrible, but it did not live up to my expectations for a Marriott hotel.
I have also stayed at the Comfort Inn down the road and found it to have better service and breakfast. It is also much less expensive.

Breakfast was disappointing, room size was disappointing, pool wasn’t cleaned and towels not available. Service was good from the front desk staff but the cleaning crew was very rude and not willing to help. Overall not bad but not worth the points I used and the prices they charge.
