Julia was really great from the time I booked to when I checked out. She was really nice throughout my stay. When I had 1 minor issue, she assisted me promptly. The afternoon guy was super chill as well. He rang me up for store stuff and gave me hotel over the counter stuff when I requested. This hotel is a great if you’re checking out the local Zoo or any leisure type activities.

Advice for the hotel is that they should display like the hours for the BAR. I thought the bar was closed for the day when I arrived but was open more late at night. So you guys should add like a mini display board of the hours on the check in reception area or bar place

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Belmont Redwood Shores and the room was spacious, with modern décor and comfy beds.

Includes a free breakfast, which had a few options, though I wish it was served a bit earlier for those of us with busy schedules.

The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away, plus they have a nice heated pool, which was a great way to relax.

Lovely rooms in a fine location in a business park. Marred a bit by a couple of things. 1. When I return to my room after my first day nothing had been cleaned. I went down to the front desk to ask why not, and was told they only clean rooms every second day. I asked how I was supposed to know that, and the desk agent said I should have been told when I checked in. But of course I was not. 2. Signs in the parking lot said that I needed to show my parking pass in my car, but I wasn't given a parking pass when i checked in. When I checked in I was asked if I was parking and I said yes but didn't get a pass. I asked about it on my second day and the desk agent looked shocked and gave me a pass. 3. The air conditioner in the room made a water dripping tick tick tick sound off and on all night long. The second night I had to turn the air conditioner completely off to get a peaceful night's sleep.

There are lots of hotels in the area, not sure I would stay at this one again. The rooms are nice on the surface but it's just all a little weird.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Belmont Redwood Shores and had a decent experience. The check in staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. Although the facilities staff were rude and not curious at all. The room was spacious, with modern decor and comfy beds.

The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away, but there aren't many attractions within walking distance. They have a nice heated pool, which was a great way to relax, although I did miss having a hot tub. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay.

Very nice hotel, but take an Uber and not the train. One highlight was grabbing dinner and a drink at the small bar there. Janie really took care of me - great food suggestions, mixed a mean cocktail and excellent conversation. I would definitely go back!

This ‘hotel’ is terribly understaffed, with real effects on the service and cleanliness. We check in and they tell us here is no housekeeping. WTF? What started as a precaution during Covid has turned into a way of cutting costs and increasing corporate profits. The corridors smelled musty and carpet needed vacuuming. There were bags of trash in the corridors. Couch in our suite was stained. We had to make the trundle bed ourselves. Breakfast offerings were sup-par, the trash was overflowing, and was left unclean after it breakfast ended for some time. |Marriott used to be a good brand of mid-range hotels, but now it’s become synonymous with poor service and lack of attention to detail. I had a bad experience years ago at one of their Autograph Collection hotels. I thought it was a one-off, but after this poor experience I am going to stay away from Marriotts forever.

We have been coming to this facility for three years, traveling for our daughters club volleyball. The facility is beautiful always very clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is excellent. We enjoy staying here. |We recommend this place to everyone!

Explored the bay area this weekend and this is a very good place to cap off the day! Staff was friendly and prompt; surrounding area was clean and well-lit, plenty of parking spots and the room we stayed in was spacious, had lots of storage, had a mini fridge, microwave and it was very well-maintained!!
