If I could leave zero stars I would. Jill Bowen of Travel Shoppe messed up our cruise booking. We were booked for the wrong cruise date. After we contacted her to fix it she booked us on the right cruise but all our rooms were all over the place and we were booked for the wrong rooms. We then tried to get the contract released to Carnival and it took almost 2 weeks just to get that figured out. We received no apology for the error and had to pay more money to get the right rooms. We will never book through a travel agent again, let alone go through Travel Shoppe or Jill Bowen.
