I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Spring Party Rentals. They showed up early for setup and had our rental up in minutes. The drivers were great - professional, polite, responsive to our requests to move it several times until it was in just the right spot. And the item we rented - a giant inflatable pirate ship - was a huge hit! We had a third birthday party for our son, and there were 20 toddlers running around completely entertained by the ship. They were so busy playing that the parents were actually able to sit down. Any parent reading this knows how much of a miracle that is. I would highly recommend Spring Party Rentals and I plan on using them again. They were easy to use from start to finish, and very reasonably priced compared to the other rental companies I looked at for this party. My son is already thinking about a castle for his next birthday!

Such great communication and customer service. The texts were perfect and kept me updated, which is so nice when party hosting! My kids are obsessed with this huge slide, so it's our second year to rent it! Huge hit with all ages. The install guys were super nice as well. 😊

We have used Spring Party for at least the last 4 years for our event. Every year, the equipment was delivered on time and set up immediately.
The prices were fair and competitive, and service has always been impeccable. Equipment was always in great shape and never malfunctioned.
Definitely will continue to utilize Spring Party rentals for our events

I’m actually really disappointed and upset to be writing this review. But I hate dealing with miserable people and liars, so I’m going to write it so that future Vintage Park residents stay clear of this place. I’m someone who operates with honesty and integrity, and this company was not it for me. To start, I guess they make so much money to the point where the lady has the nerve to tell me I should’ve refused service when the very polite workers couldn’t carry the damn wet slide through the side door… lol.. ok… Then when we told them to go through the front door, they damaged the door. (We had to call a locksmith.) As they were there setting up, the workers actually told us they damaged a fence from a job they did previously and lied about it .. lol ok.. so now it’s time to pack up, and we have different workers who couldn’t carry the wet slide out. And managers or owners who lie about receiving pictures of the space when in fact she didn’t because we heard her on FaceTime asking the workers to show her the area after I got off the phone… Like, the damn thing is 700 pounds; you’re going to need some muscle and more than two high schoolers to get it… lol… We have security cameras and time stamps that captured the boys almost halfway in multiple entrances and them not able to carry the wet slide out… We even have footage of them not even trying to go through some entrances because it was too heavy… lol it goes on. I don’t even want my money back. It’s not about the money. It’s about how you hired kids and ruined my door and didn’t care when we called. The kids had a blast, but we are never using you again. And I can see from the previous review that the person who you damaged never got compensation, lol... yikes. Soooo many other rental places nearby with better reviews. I probably will hit up Luna Moon Bounce and Rental, and so will my 5 neighbors after this fiasco.

This was my first time renting and the process was very easy. The customer service was great and everyone was friendly and personable. The kids really enjoyed having the bounce house and they are still talking about it. Well worth it.
