There’s a gate locking the entrance down at night so no overnight parking. But they were fairly friendly, didn’t make me detach the trailer and chick the wheels and let me sit on the property after unloaded to find a load and it’s a quick unload when u get the door.

I don’t have understand all the negative reviews. Everyone was Super polite to me, checked in at 8:15 out at 8:50. Put me straight in a door and snatched it off quickly. Tight blindsiding in the dock but other than that I’d definitely go back again.

Horrible company, horrible people with horrible attitude(except the nice lady in shipping office). Checked in before 10 am, had 2 trucks in front of me and when it was my turn to back in they told me they have to unload a truck that came after me because they needed that load urgently. When I finally backed in and went inside to check if they started loading me after 40 mins only to find out they haven’t even started. When I asked them why, they told me it’s lunch time with an attitude. Anyway checked out around 4 pm. All this time for 10 pallets of load. Very unhappy and angry people. I feel sorry for them
