We've used this company for parties in the past and have had good experiences, so we thought to use them again this year. Well..... Never again! Their communication of when they were coming to setup fell through twice, although they surprisingly made it just before the party. Upon arrival, they asked if we'd paid yet, in which was already prepaid online, which didnt set well with me. Slide was dirty but kids did enjoy it. My biggest complaint, is that I allowed them to use my water hoses and my 100ft electrical cord that just happened to go home with them the next morning when they picked up the slide (while we were at church). Rutted up my yard (didnt say anything about, I just fixed the rutts in my yard) and now Ive called, spoke to and text them multiple times to get my 100ft cord back. They continue to tell me they'll look for it and bring it back to me once they find it......5 days later, I still dont have my cord and now I can not get them to communicate. So Ive now had to dispute this with my Credit Card company in order to be reimbursed for my cord. All I wanted was my cord back, but hey, I'm guessing they needed it for the next job. Terrible business to treat customers in this manner after paying a $315 rental fee.

Chase and Kade were very respectful and upheld a good professional appearance! Friendly people and the bounce house we had was in great condition! Overall if we ever get another one we will be using one from this company! Keep up the good work guys!

I do NOT recommend this company! They arrived Over an hour and half late than what was scheduled when I booked the slide. Not only did I NOT receive a call to let me know that they were running late but no one answered or returned my call. To make matters worse, the slide was filthy! Not just dirt build up, but algae all over! This was absolutely disgusting and embarrassing to present to my softball team and parents.

Caden and his workers have always gone above and beyond for all my events where I have rented from them. They are very professional and have setup my slides & bounce houses in a timely manner. There is no other company I would rather give my business to.

TERRIBLE!!! Not only were they a HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATE just getting to our house (not including setting up). The slide was so DIRTY AND NASTY I didn't even allow my children to play on it. It looks as if its been neglected for a while with rips and holes as well. NEVER again will I book a rental with them and will be sure to let any and everyone know how disappointing their equipment and service was!
