I applied for a couple positions with them because I was new to the area and was looking for a job. I never even got at call letting me know they received my application and would like me to come in to finish my paperwork and possibly find something for me. It was basically as if I never even applied. The experience I had with temp agencies was always they called you back set up a time for you to come in and got you working, and the people I see them hiring, I am way more experienced and receive nothing from them. Like wow.

I’ve applied and worked for one job location an was late for work due to family emergencies.not a lot but also not on a normal basis long story short I got let go due to being a temp an being replaceable. I than waited for another opportunity and tried again with a different job but was told no I couldn’t get a chance with a new job due to being late at a different job what kind of a temp agency is this… really disappointed in the company

This place is trash!!! What of this place good for when they don't help anyone find jobs . Every damn time I apply to anything thay I get rejected and I have a feeling I know why . So yeah this place is just trash .

I had a very pleasant experience going through the process of hire with Xavier and his team at Spherion. They were both responsive and diligent in their efforts to secure a great position for me. Found Spherion at a local job fair. The rep asked me to set up a meeting and stop by her office. Fine. Had a great conversation and was told I was very marketable. Then, nothing. Weeks of nothing. I keep checking the Spherion website and for six months now it's been the same seven jobs: soldering, warehouse work, forklift driver, machine operator. I think I received one call from this company asking me if I'd be interested in a job setting up and taking down chairs for a local concert, and that was it. Radio silence ever since. Friendly staff but that's not why I contacted them. I needed work and I've gotten zero results.
