This was the best tour we’ve taken in Salem! Mike is a knowledgeable guide and captivating story teller that kept our family of 4 intrigued for 1.5 hours (which can be a challenge with 2 teenagers!). He’s a bit of a local celebrity, as it seemed everywhere we went, people knew his name. I highly recommend this tour.

Great Amazing tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable, was ready to answer any questions we had and not only made sure we were enjoying ourselves but that we were safe along the way! We could not of gotten a better tour while in Salem!

We were totally spellbound by this tour. But really, it was good. It didn’t feel like 1.5 hr long and there were some sitting opportunities. My 8yo and I did the night tour and I would recommend it. Kid friendly depending on your kid—there was talk of death, murder, vampires, and terrible deeds while adding the spooky element of nightfall. We had done a trolley tour the previous day and it was helpful to familiarize us with the area, but the depth of information was not comparable. I would take the same tour with Dr. V again next time we visit. Bring a disposable camera!!

This tour was so much fun. Mike is a great story teller. He had humor and shared some personal experiences. There were little kiddos on the tour who seemed nervous about the walk and he was so kind in the concern he showed for them. If you're in Salem, take this tour. You won't regret it. The vampire and cemetery stories were my favorite.

Wonderful tour. Did the night tour. Highly recommend. Gets into the true history of the witch trials and the truth of it all. There was sitting spots walking and alot of picture time. Well worth it.

This is an incredible tour, and I could not recommend it enough. The tour guide is very knowledgeable, and is able to tell stories very well. He also truly believes in ghosts and the paranormal, which even if you don't, is something you want for a ghost tour.

He also very nicely, and quickly, helped us switch our tour ticket time the day before the walk from 8pm to 2pm, as the 8pm slot was fully booked and we wanted another family member to join us on the tour.

I recently went on a tour with Mike from Spellbound Tours, and it was an unforgettable experience! Despite the pouring rain and the fact that no one else in the group showed up, Mike was incredibly kind and gave me a private tour. He provided a more gruesome and in-depth history of the witch trials, and as a paranormal investigator, he was very knowledgeable and engaging. During the tour, we both saw a dark figure of a man walk by us, and Mike reassured me that he saw the same thing. I also got some spooky pictures that appear to have spirits in them, and while Mike said they were most likely from the rain, my intuition says otherwise. Even if the images aren't true spirits, I had an amazing time on the tour. I highly recommend Spellbound Tours to anyone interested in exploring the darker side of history and the paranormal. Thank you, Mike, for an unforgettable experience!
