This is the most lousy and unprofessional gas station in Redwood City..
I just recently went there , I paid $15 for gas inside. It did not dispense when trying to pump .
The store clerk did not want to refund me my money or give me his supervisor number To get the matter situated . He stated “he did not have his supervisor’s number& did not know his name“
Don’t know what kind of establishment they’re running there, smh
I would highly recommend Avoiding this dump

This gas station used to be the cheapest in the area and very reliable, but not anymore. The last couple of months, card readers mostly do not work - they either totally decline transactions or cut off pumping gas halfway through - and the pumps are frequently out of order. It’s not worth the frustrating experience to pay the lower price.

I used to be a regular customer here, but not any more. Like half of the pumps are out or order for a very long time, and more card readers are now malfunctioning. The store closes too early so I cannot pay inside either. It took me a few minutes to get my CC back when the readier took it.

The store is closed and it’s 6:20pm a sign on the door said it will be closed for 30 minutes but when I asked the jerk inside he said he won’t open up until 8 PM. I’ll go get gas and munchies elsewhere. And this is not the first time I have dealt with an employee that was very rude so never again will I stop at this gas station no matter what the prices are. It’s not even cheap gas regular 87 is 465 a gallon I can find gas much cheaper at other locations I recommend people boycott this business until they learn to hire nicer, loyal and honest workers!

I arrive around 8:48pm 4/15/2021 send my son to fill up my gas tank came back and told me Store is lock but saids they close at (9PM), sing says 9PM not 8 7 6 (9PM) why have a sing when cashier closes early had no choice to go to circle K gas was more but o well. They were open clean store and outside I told employee working there what’s going on with speedway this what he said. ( they have loss a lot of customers because they Either close early or pumps not working the funny thing is better for us we have all of their customers coming here more business for us) I DONT RECOMMEND SPEEDWAY EXPRESS GAS STATION

Go to circle K 100% they will always be open and clean store

Just stopped in to get gas. Sign on the door says they're open until 9:00 p.m., but they shut the pumps off at 8:30 p.m.? Haven't ever had a problem with them before, so wondering what on Earth is going on, considering this is the second or third time this has happened. I could understand closing 15 minutes early, in order to count tills and get everything turned off and ready for the morning, but at least post it on the door or something? Not very reliable in this case. If you can make it a little further up the road, I suggest going to the Circle K instead. At least they're open when they say they are.

The cashier was insulting me for no reason. I don't get it, if this aswhole doesn't like his job, he should get another one. It seems like they don't appreciate costumers. Perhaps they are not in the business of selling gas, but something els under the table. I don't see another explanation.

Credit cards are limited to $75 so I cannot fill my tank in one transaction! How insanely stupid is that? At $4+ per gallon you can't even buy 20 gallons. Super annoying. I won't return.
