So for my 5 year old daughters birthday party she wanted a water slide. That's it. That's all she wanted. So we reserve an inflatable, get an email confirming we reserved it, then we paid for it. Fast forward to the day we were supposed to get it and we "magically fell through the cracks" and the owner is out on the lake. What a joke. Screw this company. They'll never get a penny from me again. Yes, we did get a refund but that's not the point. The point is I have a very upset 5 year old on her birthday because the owner didn't check his email.
