SOUTHWEST GROUP travel has rolled out a new system... DO NOT BOOK til they figure it out! I have used group every other year since 2014 and they apparently rolled out a new system last week. They do not know how it works. The customer service doesn't know how to help. I tried loading a list for 2.5 hours yesterday with a representative on the phone. She had to hang up and call me back cause the call was too long for their system. The template SOUTHWEST offers to use is not compatible with the system and didn't recognize the columns. I finally was granted an extension for my names and payment by a day and was told to upload my list to SWATRAVEL. Today, I called SW group and my RESERVATIONS are GONE! I now have been on hold for over 30 minutes and THIS IS HORRIBLE! NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!!!

Sister bought her first car for 2600 and couldn’t even drive it for a week Engine was busted before she bought it. The have a older man there to make you think it a good lot he recommended the car saying it no major issues. THEY SELL LEMONS says the guy a multimillionaire so I guess he preys on the low class.

I bought a car from here in less than 3 days I had to buy a new battery $201 and come to find out two weeks later the engine messed up and the car is done with this business is disgusting, they lied and told me nothing was majorly wrong with the car before I bought I it. They took from a 19 year old girl and lied about the car . These are the type of filthy non empathy people they are. I spent over $3,100 for the car in total. And they did not give me my money back or anything.

I came with 5000 cash and the guy was telling me it's a good car but it didn't run and the other car didn't have a battery smh...I was done I don't know if he didn't want to sell me a car or he was racial profile 🤔
