Nice little museum if you have time to kill before a flight in Birmingham. Wish the planes outside were up kept a little better. It's a nice surprise for me is they had the b-25 pulled from lake Murray. I was very impressed by the display and number of classic engines they had.

I liked it. Their was plenty to look at and to learn about. There is not a lot for the kids to interact with beside three air crafts they can sit in.

For being such a small museum, I was amazed at the variety and unique types of aircraft that you don’t really see anywhere else in America, highly recommend coming here!

Outstanding museum, the displays are ground level so you can see all the details. They have some extremely rare museum aircraft and a lot of engines and armaments scattered around. There is several planes, P80 A4(Blue Angel) F4 and F5 outside. Up the road at the airport is an F14 F111 A12 F105 and F86 are among the outside displays!

This place is phenomenal!!!!!!!! The air planes and the history of it all are exceptional. There was even a section on the Alabama Tuskegee Air Men. I'm from Alabama, so this was good to see, and it enhanced my knowledge regarding history. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
