Aaron and his crew were absolutely AMAZING when they catered our wedding a couple weeks ago. We got so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Our venue had to cancel on us 3 days before the wedding and he was so understanding and flexible. He was one of the first vendors I spoke with when it happened and definitely put me at ease that we would at least have a caterer! His crew was also pretty awesome with helping us get everything cleaned up afterwards. I’d recommend them 1000x. ?

We hired SHC for our wedding on 10/17/20. Aaron was very communicative and always responded promptly to messages. We did a food tasting with him before we booked, and he prepared everything we wanted to try on short notice. On the day of the wedding he arrived on time, and the food tasted just as it did when we sampled it earlier this year. He also accommodated all modifications we requested. Everyone loved the food! We had short rib, chicken with tomato jam, asparagus, rice pilaf, and several appetizers (short rib is amazing, highly recommend!). Would absolutely book again for a future event.

Aaron was a pleasure to work with from our first interaction through event execution. Aaron was able to completely customize the menu to our requests, so we didn't have to choose from a pre-decided menu. Aaron was very communiative and quick to answer any questions that came up.

On the day of our wedding, our ceremony ended about 15-20 minutes earlier than planned, but Aaron was able to quickly make changes and get appetizers out to our guests much earlier than planned. He was able to make changes on-the-fly, and we are appreciative of all his work. We would recommend him for any event of any size.

We briefly met the chef at Clovis Farmer’s Market and he shared a treat with us. Soooo delicious!!! And everything on the menu looked decadent. Hope to see him again next week.
