Welcome center is very nice in appearance inside and out. There's a fenced dog park that's very roomy and good to exercise your dog. 4 stars just because the bathrooms were a bit dirty.

Nice rest stop. Check out the displays during open hours. No camping, but you can stay one night like any normal rest stop. Open toilet area 24/7.

This welcome center is beautifully maintained, with modern and clean facilities, including a cozy seating area where you can relax and plan your next adventure throughout Wyoming. One of the best welcome centers I've ever been to! Lots of interactive displays of Wyoming and it's history! Not just a stop for a bathroom break! We spent about 40 minutes here. This place is a 10! A must see and it leads the way on how welcome centers should operate!

I love seeing how each state is different with how they provide rest areas.
The visitor center wasn’t open when I traveled through here but the restrooms were very clean. The facility was informative with historical facts and pictures on display.

There are signs around a walk path with tidbits of information on them. The inside was clean, there are spots to sit and rest.
The visitors center isn't open long enough for late afternoon traveller's to enjoy what all they have to offer inside. After the visitor's center closes its just the bathrooms open for use inside.

Our surprise, the C1 Colorado doesn't have any that I know of are restaurants. It's clean, it's big. It has a small museum. It looks like plenty of information I recommend if you're going through the state line there. Stop anyway, I did. I took a break used. A restroom which is clean in the whole places claim very well done, colorado needs to take a lesson.

What an awesome place! If you have kids, make sure to grab the scavenger hunt at the front desk and fill it out as you go. My girls completed it and won a little prize.
There were also hidden gems, like the slide behind the false wall in the prison. My girls loved that! They really didn't want to leave. I highly recommend stopping for a visit.
