This is what you get for a cheap hotel…a room key to a room already occupied, and no apology for the mishap. The room is extremely unkept and dirty thanks goodness I had my Clorox wipes and spray. The head board had stains the box spring had stains, oily hand prints on the wall, dried whatever on the walls as well. The towelette dirty and has stains, the shower dirty, the towels dingy do not use bring your own. Bring cleaning supplies, gloves and Lysol spray.

Me and my son stay there my son suffered from a disability and down syndrome. I am also grieving mom recently lost her son my son had to go to the hospital due to complications. He also has seizures in the room wasn’t at his best, but I just said when he get out, can we just Come back and stay didn’t ask for a refund didn’t want any problems. My son was released and discharge. We came up there with all our beds and I was talking to the young man at the desk. I figured the other man that was yelling was the manager we asked can we still get housekeeping once a week he said no is the 7 days and you have to call on the phone he was so upset about something, but I still remain very quiet and calm with my manners I was so overwhelmed and tired with all my bags. My son asked, can he get a different room they stated they only had one room available and I desperately see it. We just will go back to the same room most hotels will show you a room specially when you’re not in the area or you would guess he treated us like we was beneath his shoe my son asked about the room 340 on the third floor and Heath but in the conversation again and say exactly the same I was hesitant and said you don’t know what room you getting specially if they not going to show it dementia implied and say the same Zach Rome we went out there. The carpet was filthy. The fridge raider was dirty outside and inside, and Microway was dirty. The room had broken in Tawanna furniture in with us meal with no streams in the window. Which we don’t ask for much but he wasn’t honest about that room so when we went down and said we were go to the first floor where the door stay on lock, which I don’t have a problem with that I’m just concerned for me and my son safety was willing to just go back and stuff that foam humidity refund my money on my car which we know that take 3 to 5 business days leaving us with nowhere to go. . Which he was still Staten about the first day with the night. Dad showed us a room on the first floor, which we was there the first time that was not hard to do. We are paying customers, but overall Natasha was amazingly great. And some of the guest staying there feel so sorry for us when they saw a tear come down my eye and we was escorted off the property after being there for two weeks. Only reason we left I was losing money because they had a meeting my son to stay at the hospital and I just don’t understand that’s the only Von that’s be available is 140 and three 4340 is the worst his room in that hotel, and he knew that. It ain’t like we made him go up and down and show us the room. He should see if that one was not updated and just take the first floor. He was so upset the manager again. He treated us bad I am a nurse. He treated us like we was living on the streets. He saw us without beds and everything my son begged him. Can he just stay he said get out. there is a smell and not clean room the manager either hate different Race or was having a bad day. I was still saying no, sir, and please and thank The manager need to stop over, talking his employees and be more nicer perhaps take up a Communication class. I never knew a manager would just stand there and make you feel uncomfortable as his employee swipe in my car in talking nicely to me. I am a young woman that was conducting business. Me & My son was just standing there. Looking loss at the taking out money he know the money don’t get refund back on your card instantly he didn’t even care if he was living on the street. We begged him Very very poor service. Is there anyone with disability children and autism grieving parents on vacation or need somewhere to go? This is not the hotel to go to

Didnt have a problem till i was cleaning my room before check out to make cleaning ladies job easier when i pull off sheets of my bed and a bed cover and found a large dark stain on my mattress where i been sleeping checked out changed hotels immediatly

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This hotel need to be demolished. The pictures online are so deceiving...the rooms are disgusting. My 2 night stay turned into 1 night. I couldn't even sleep comfortably. The linen stinks, the room smelled like piss and on top of that. It was smeared blood in the bathroom on the wall. After all that I ending up vomiting due to the conditions. Please do not stay here, this should be a motel not a hotel.Never again!

August 31, 2024 my family and I stayed one night Only and I if time it wouldn't have been one night. My 15yr old child went to room before I did and called to a say I don't want stay here.

It smelled like smoke but when you check-in they say no smoking very sternly but the rooms were reeking of smoke.

the look of the room was very outdated the curtains weren't hanging from the closet. Towel were dingy and thin.

I let the toilet seat down it had dirt on it after calling front desk the guy clean the toilet with water and tissue.

We had two rooms
My son called and said he thinks he saw bed bug which myself or him has never seen a real one. After looking at Google for sure it was a bed bug. Mind you it was on his pillow. Then I found one in the bed with my Mom. I also took a video of it moving around. I then took pictures and took the bed bug to the front desk and he said he would let me know what can be done on Tuesday September 2, 2024 after Pest control comes. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE.

So it appears that this Hotels makes copies of everyone ID who stays there and keep the copy even after you check out in which I found to be infringing on consumer protection rights. I don’t have to tell you i will not be staying here ever again. I later found out it’s not even a hotel policy but the local P.D. Told them to do so.

Called here today to book a room in advance for work. They lady I spoke to told me I can book but if someone else comes in person to book on the spot she was going to forfeit my room; especially if it was after check in time & I hadn’t arrived . Disgusting Customer service I will not book here ever even if my company paid for it

First let's talk about how dirty the room was. There was crumbs on the counters and hair inside the bathroom sink. Very disgusting. Yes I should have just said something then but I didn't. I was only staying 1 night. I got in pretty late around 8pm. The next morning when I got up, I was laying my clothes out and was about to take a shower when I walked in to see a visitor crawling on the bathroom sink. Omg how disgusting. I went downstairs to let staff know there are roaches crawling on sink. I even showed him the 2 videos I recorded and the picture I took of it and he says "let me go upstairs and check for myself". First off all you see the pictures and video and he act like it was nothing with an attitude. Because it was cutting close to checking out, I asked him to extend my time so I can get dressed and still needed to shake out my stuff so I won't bring roaches home with me. He calls the hotel phone and says the name said we could stay til 3pm. I was getting ready to walk out the time when he comes knocking on the door. Open the door and manager or whoever he claim to be, had a very nasty attitude and was talking very harsh. I got it! Its 3:30pm.. you don't have to do all of that I'm coming down. Instead of apologizing about my experience he tried to talk to me like I'm nobody. Very very disrespectful so I told him about himself. He didn't like what I had to say, so he called the police. I waited for them to come. When they arrived, the police asked me if I had all my stuff out of room. I told them yes im all checked out right now and I was just waiting on them to arrive so it dont give the manager a chance to lie. The officer said you can go and never took any report no nothing. Worst experience ever and if they have roaches like that, then someone not doing their job. The hotel need to be shut down and investigated. If you looking for a very nasty smelly roach infested, then you come to the right place. Next time, I will pay more for a nicer hotel.
