I booked this hotel for myself and my guests at my wedding this past weekend and the staff was AMAZING. Especially Asthanasia (I may be remembering that incorrectly) and Nick!! They were both so friendly and accommodating. My moms room smelt like smoke when we got there, we asked for a room switch and not only did my mom get a new room but it was an upgraded room with a balcony. They allowed all my wedding party guests to check in early by 2 hours, free of charge, and were very accommodating when I needed a family member to be switched to a handicap room. We rented a meeting room here for hair and make up and Nick and the staff decorated the room really really nice for us. It was huge and perfect for what we needed for 8 people and the artists. My suite was also really nice and overall I give the whole experience a 10/10. Nick was also very quick to always respond to my emails and he even came in on one of his days off to make sure that everything was perfect for us.

For $350 per night, you expect a lot more than to arrive and be told that the pool, restaurant, and bar have been closed until further notice. Why so expensive then? There was also a fireplace gas leak in the lobby lounge when we were visiting family, but hotel staff assured us that it had already been checked out. How about just shut the gas off so we don't smell it? It really stunk. The air conditioning in the lobby wasn't working and we were way over-heated. Our room had black mold on the veranda, and our neighbors told us they also had black mold on their porch as well. Our rooms had a dank smell, which is why we investigated. Our room had leftover food on the counter, only shower gel and conditioner, no shampoo in the bathroom and all the hand sanitizers kiosks were empty around the property. We also noticed that the King suites did not have clocks, so that was a bit of a stressor. Traveling with kids and not having a pool when you promise them one is a ROUGH trip. We also did not receive an alert that renovations were being done. I'm not sure why this motel is so much more expensive, but it's just not worth it in my opinion. The continental breakfast is basic, but I appreciated the dry cereals and orange juice. Staff were very nice, but the actual motel is the issue. If you're traveling with kids, I'd look elsewhere in the area.

In my opinion it is not worth the money they are asking. The pool was empty. If you are sensitive to smells, avoid this place. Lobby looked very nice, hallways looked older, and the entire hotel was warm. The ac couldn't keep up. I was there over a week and didn't see a housekeeper once, I had to find towels on my own. Also, the water pressure was terrible, and there wasn't a fan in the bathroom, so the floor was very slippery. The hotel is not in the best area. I will say the staff was very friendly and professional. B The breakfast is continental and was prettyngood.

I was so tired when I checked in and the front desk people were very courteous at 11pm. The room was clean, neat and comfortable that I fell asleep fast and hard. Bed was very comfortable! Check out was at noon, so I took my time and had their hearty complimentary breakfast, then got back to my room and took a long shower. I would recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here this last weekend. The place has an issues with their commercial dryers and it wreaks of natural gas. We told mgmt and they said it’s normal. It’s not normal- I’ll also add that Haitian refugees are occupying the first two floors. They were all very nice but it feels quite busy.

The ice machine was not working, but able to get it from the kitchen. The pool is still under reconstruction and has been for a long time. But the website says nothing about it and it's still part of what you're paying for. The complimentary breakfast is fair to say the least. No air conditioning in the upper floor hallways. The air-conditioning in the rooms is adequate. The laundry room is poor. The side door's entry pads don't work. No housekeeping only when you check out.
The staff was attentive to our request but their hands were tied to what they could do for us. Great access to the highways. Plenty of parking.

The room was really nice, except the bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off all the way. It dripped all night. I'm sure a plumber will be able to easily fix it so don't let that stop you from staying here. The breakfast was so-so on one day and really good the next.

Staff was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and fully stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the body wash/shampoo/conditioner bottles were full, coffee was great, decor was nice, a/c worked perfectly. Only downsides are that there's no microwaves in the room and they charge $5 each for bottles of water. Nice quiet area with lots of food places nearby.
