I stayed at Sonesta Miami Airport for a business trip. They have a nice spacious entrance to the hotel that is covered and has many seating accommodations. They offer bell hop service to assist with your bags. The front desk reception was helpful and welcoming. They could be more friendly. But I guess it all depends on who you get to assist you. I interacted with a few of them.
They have a wonderful restaurant and bar; the food was delicious. They offered a nice breakfast buffet in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Very clean and well kept. Large beds and a nice seating area in the room. They provided a coffee /tea kurig bar in the room. I was quite pleased with my stay at the Sonesta Miami Hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We were sent there over night by American Airlines because they canceled our international flight. The rooms were clean and large, good water pressure, I with for hotter water. Lobby had a nice restaurant and little shop, across the street there is a good Cuban food restaurant.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle service every 20 min, very punctual. Registration very fast and easy. Friendly personnel. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the room was very nice. There is breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, a little expensive, $34 pp. I recommend this place. I stayed 1 night Nov 2024.

was excited to stay here for a short work trip, my only goal for my trip was to find a hotel with a nice pool... and this hotel offered poolside rooms which I booked. No where on the booking did it express that the pool was closed for renovations. so sad, so disappointed. I wish they would have communicated that at least to guests who booked poolside, I would have canceled!

Close to the airport. 24hr shuttle. Rooms have that dated wall, ceiling and hallway, but the furniture, bathrooms, and atrium look new and modern. Onsite restaurant food tasted good. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.The beds were very comfortable. The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear people talking in the connecting room.

I booked a room just for a night as I intended to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is actually very nice.The reception and service received from the staff at the front desk was phenomenal. The lady who checked me in, Ms. Autrice Roberts, was great. I haven't had a more welcoming service from the front office staff in a long time. The room was spacious with comfy bed. It's close vicinity to the airport is a plus and they have a free shuttle to and from the MIA airport. That was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has had a whole host of improvements since my last visit. I had stayed here several times in the past and everything from restaurant and bar to rooms and bathrooms has been extensively improved. Wilder in the restaurant was excellent and efficient with my needs.

Sonesta was the best place to stay after a huge delay from Washington, DC and miss my flight to Chile. Fortunately American Airlines provideded me with a Hotel Voucher and meal coupons. Sonesta has shuttles back and forth to Miami international. The room was spotless and the bed super confy. My breakfast buffett was super complete and delicious with excellent presentation. The stuff was super hepful and awesome at all times, especially Franceina. Thanks Sonesta for making a nightmare delay into a delightful stay ?
