This was the venue of our dreams! It served as a beautiful backdrop to our day. The grounds are incredibly well cared for the landscaping is stunning. Their new additions to the property really took it up a notch! The all inclusive piece takes A LOT of stress out of planning- I highly recommend. Most importantly, Monica was incredible at her job. She was so supportive and helped our day flow smoothly! I can say with complete assurance that our day ran so perfectly because of her support!! She is knowledgable, great at communicating and super well organized. We were so thankful for her!

I had such an amazing experience with Soire Estate x Salt Block hospitality. We got married here in November and it was all a dream come true. Monica was the BEST! She answered all my questions and was so helpful in planning our special day. We upgraded our appetizers & our dinner. (Filet tacos and fried chicken sliders were 🔥& the churrasco was 👩🏽‍🍳💋) Chavely with Salt Block was amazinnnngggg and went above and beyond for us! We couldn’t appreciate it more. Everyone loved the venue, the food, the drinks, literally everything. We wanted romantic and romantic is what we got. I would 10/10 recommend this venue and everything it brings! The cake/desserts from Publix and the DJ was also so great! They really made everything so easy. Seriously, look no further.

We recently had my daughter's wedding here. The property is beautiful. The staff that worked the wedding were polite and all did a great job. Unfortunately it rained the entire day and night of the wedding. Monica had told us all along that they had a backup plan in case it rained, but unfortunately we never discussed that plan. It was not ideal, but we made it work. Not having the outdoor space made for an extremely cramped cocktail hour. We also had a mud pit to deal with because of the rain. Obviously this is not the first time that it has rained so the venue was well aware of the issues with the mud. The driveway leading to the delivery entrance/drop off area and the entire drop off area was disgusting. There was no way to avoid it. One of our vendors even got their trailer stuck and sprayed mud all over a few guests trying to get out of the mud.

Monica was very helpful initially. When it was about a month before the wedding, Monica was very hard to contact. She was never available and didn't return texts or emails. I even went to the venue one night, after setting it up with Monica, to see how the tables looked and to get some measurements and go over a few details and she was nowhere to be found. I was there for about 45 minutes and never did see or talk to her. She never contacted me after that night and still had not responded a month later on wedding day. She was definitely not a positive part of the experience.

Monica told us that the venue could handle a sit down dinner for 250 people. This is definitely not true. We had about 185 people and it was cramped. They put too many people around most of the tables.

We were told that we could bring in our own desserts and the venue would store them on wedding day until after dinner and then bring them out to our dessert table for our people to set up. They did not ever bring them out. Luckily at some point, my daughter realized that we were missing half of the desserts and my sons went and retrieved them and brought them out to the dessert table.

Monica did refer us to Sarah, the wedding day coordinator. Sarah was wonderful and definitely one of the highlights of our wedding.
I am so happy that we had our own wedding coordinator and also Sarah for the day of the wedding and also had a wedding committee of 5 of our family members to insure that everything went smoothly.

The wedding was beautiful, but the credit for that all goes to our hired coordinators and our family members. If we had left it in Monica's hands, it would have been a disaster.

I would like to reiterate that the property is beautiful and most of the staff that we worked with were extremely helpful and courteous.
It's sad that one person was such a negative part of the wedding experience.

We got married here at Soire Estates, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. The venue itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds that provide a picturesque backdrop for photos. The indoor space is equally impressive, featuring elegant décor and ample room for reception. We had 180 guests, and it was comfortable.

The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and provided seamless service throughout the event.

The catering was another highlight—each dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and catered to all dietary preferences.

Overall, Soire Estates offers a perfect blend of charm, sophistication, and exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for any couple looking to create unforgettable memories on their special day. Highly recommended! Thank you Scott, Monica, and the rest of the Soire/Saltblock team.

The most perfect venue for our perfect day! We just got married at Soire Estate and couldn’t be happier. Almost every guest has been telling us that it was the most beautiful wedding ever - and I have to agree! The ceremony grounds were stunning and I felt like I was in a movie. The catering (Salt Block) was delicious and the bar staff was great. Also - Tampa Bay DJ Company was awesome! Our venue coordinator Monica was a pleasure to work with and she helped me so much through the planning process. I would highly recommend SoireEstate to anyone looking to get married here. 🥰

We recently celebrated our wedding at SoireEstate and we could not have been happier with our choice! From the moment our guests set foot on the grounds, they were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings and the picturesque backdrop for our wedding. Each time we visited the venue, there were upgrades and changes…it truly looked like a new venue by the time we got married (in the best way!) From the new cocktail garden to the numerous Edison Lights all throughout the property, it feels like you have stepped into a space you dreamed of or have saved on your Pinterest board.
Our experience with Event Sales Manager, Monica, was seamless since she took over the position. She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our every request (and trust me there were a few.)
Of course no event is without its challenges and we unfortunately encountered a few unforeseen issues on the day of our wedding. However, the true mark of exceptional service is how these challenges were addressed afterwards and we could not be more thankful. Monica’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is something that we admired. Being an Event Manager at a resort in Florida, I have seen both good and not-so-good managers, and I can fully heartily say that Monica is one of the best.
Overall we can’t recommend this venue highly enough. If I could get married again here I would in a heartbeat. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this venue and what it will look like years down the road.

We absolutely LOVED our venue! From the second we laid eyes on it, we knew it was for us. The landscaping and natural beauty really take your breath away and it shows in all our pictures and videos from the day. The venue has so much potential for a variety of wedding styles, you can really make it what you want. The planning process was great with Monica by our side. She took over in her position about halfway through our planning timeline and since she stepped in we felt supported and heard, and she really made our vision come to life! She was organized, responsive, and helpful.
The only negatives we came across is that in this “all inclusive” venue, you have to pay for the DJ if you want more than 4 hours, extra for cake from Publix if you need more than 100 servings, and you can’t rely on their decor, because it’s really whatever is available the day of your wedding. We found that the energy and beauty of this venue were worth navigating through these barriers along the way. We are so happy with our choice and our guests could not stop talking about this hidden gem right here in north Tampa.

The location was great for us, living in New Port Richey, but with many out of town guests we used the hotels at the suncoast and 54 for our room blocks, had a welcome gathering at The Hub at Bexley, and our after party at International Beer Garden, all very close to the venue! The Hilton Garden Inn at the Suncoast is the preferred hotel for the venue, and they offer a shuttle service and complimentary bridal suite when you reach a certain number of rooms booked in your block. We used the hotel suite for the bridal party to get ready in.

I had the most incredible bridal shower at SoireEstate! This is such a unique and elevated space. Our theme was Garden Chic and it hit the mark! They developed a menu specific to match the theme of my event. The staff was incredible and I can’t wait to work with them again!
