The is a top favorite location to ride dirt bikes and take off road vehicles. The lake is usually dry and great for beginners learning to ride. There are 2 vault bathrooms available, and most people just make a fire ring out of the rocks so you'll find those around. This is also a location used to meet up during the KOH annual event. It can easily drop 30° in a single day and the winds can reach high double digits.

We’ve been going to Soggy for years. Always a great riding spot for the kids. Lots of space. Windy at times but that’s part of the desert life. Pack in and pack out! Keep it clean and beautiful!

I had a great time at Soggy Dry Lake in Lucerne Valley! The dry lakebed is a unique and beautiful destination that is worth visiting. It's a great spot for off-road enthusiasts, with plenty of space to ride and explore. The area is well-maintained and offers some stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The occasional flooding adds an extra level of excitement and adventure to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Soggy Dry Lake for anyone looking for a fun outdoor activity in the Lucerne Valley area

Great place for desert recreation. Race, play, camping. Remember to keep the desert clean. Pack it in and pack it out. There are out house restrooms here. Remember if the lake is wet and you drive in most likely you will get stuck.

This place will always have a special place in my heart cause I've been camping here since 2008 but sadly since the military took over a huge majority of the land the long distance exploring is no more and people trash the place. Seem to get a flat tire every 4 trips out there these days from junk and nails. And remember though you may hear lots of people shooting its technically not legal to shoot in ohv areas like this except shotgun only. Do at your own risk and if so up against a hill far away from the crowds. Be smart.

Area is great! Toilets are horrible.
Roads, Trails, Hills, Flats.
Breeze kicks up in late afternoon (as to be expected) and cools it off a bit.

Great recreational off road area. Tons of space lots of great different terrain. You can really open up and go ham out here. It's a magical place esp. if it's rained recently.
