We love the service from the whole company from the time we made the appointment with Gricelda to when Austin finished replacing the rusted out pipe in our kitchen. They do honest work and will explain anything you have questions on. Great guys that come out that are very personable! If you need something done, give them a call! This was also our second experience with them

Fantastic experience with Snakes N Laterals. I called at 8am and spoke with a live person who set up a time, 8-10am, when she could have someone out to clear a clogged sewer line.
Nathaniel showed up at 8:40am. He was polite and very knowledgeable as he explained the issue and process.
He quickly found the problem with their camera and proceeded to use the snake to remove the blockage.
I didn't mention that is was raining pretty good and it didn't phase him at all.
Within 1 1/2 hours of my call, the job was completed. Nathaniel did an excellent job and Snakes N Laterals has earned my business.
I've been looking for a plumber and now have found one that I will call on for any plumbing issues.
Great service from a company that I would highly recommend.
