This review is long overdue. I reached out to Sophia to help us prepare for an unexpected event that required quick planning—my sister-in-law had passed away, and we wanted to create a beautiful celebration of life in her honor. Despite juggling multiple events, Sophia was incredibly accommodating, making time to meet with us and guide us through all the options. She listened carefully to our ideas and even showed us examples of how the finished event could look.

We had the opportunity to visit her showroom and handpick the exact pieces we wanted. At one point, Sophia went out of her way to retrieve tablecloths from the back of the warehouse because she knew they would perfectly match our vision. Her attention to detail and commitment to staying on schedule were truly impressive. She provided support not only with decor but also with setup, sound, and lighting.

Her team was extremely professional, and Sophia even made sure to personally oversee everything on the day of the event to ensure it was perfect. What made this experience even more special was her kindness and empathy throughout the entire process.
