We were experiencing car troubles coming off interstate small town but great friendly people! Our car actually died in the hotel parking lot. We had info given to us to locate a mechanic on a Sunday by Doris wonderful lady, so thankful for her sharing and trying to keep me calm In a non planned roadside emergency . As our car could not be fixed until part came next day we stayed and was booked in by Amber who was very friendly and professional . We're grateful God was watching over us and provided us with accommodations and information to get us back on the road the next day.

During my family's stay, the staff absolutely made us feel very welcomed. They were extremely friendly and helpful! No matter what the issue was, they addressed it immediately without hesitation. And the breakfast was always prepared with love. Thank you for making our experience very pleasant and memorable.

The best i could say is the bed was clean. The toilet had a ring like not been cleaned in quite while. Shower floor was slick. Put a towel in the floor of the shower so wouldn't fall. The lamps are metal and rusty and broken. The air conditioner rattled, frig made noise. The elevater was slow and was 3 mos past inspection. Don't plan on eating breakfast there! Even the waffles you cook yourself were gummy and terrible.

This hotel could use a good thorough cleaning, paint and upgrades. The wood furniture looked like a animal knawed on it. All the light fixtures had rusty looking stains, bathroom tile floors appeared very dirty and the BR door had a whole. The light switches were uncleaned. Sitting chair and carpets hadn't been cleaned in a long time. A fresh coat of paint wouldn't be a bad idea. Do better Sleep Inn Evergreen, AL location!!!

I was thankful for a room fleeing from Sarasota and hurricane Milton. I did kill a cockroach in my room (it is the south), the interiors could use some repairs and painting and lighting fixtures and shades replaced. My bed and towels were clean and I was thankful for both. My room's AC worked properly, I've been in better and I've been in worse. My front desk ladies were kind and helpful and breakfast was FREE and adequate.

Positive: The staff was very nice and friendly Negative: The Hotel needs some repair and renovations. Owner needs to spend a few bucks to freshen up the rooms. I booked two rooms and one had an issue with the air conditioning. My two aunts ages 92 and 90 had to relocate rooms in the middle of the night.

My husband and I swung in here on the way home from orange beach. They had a room available for us on a whim it was clean and very comfortable. I was actually blown away how comfy the mattress was. The hotel is a little dated and lobby could be a little more clean but it was a nice stay.

Last Night my Family got a Flat tire on the way to North Carolina from Louisiana After having a the Local Tow Bounty Hunter come throw are donut on we found this hotel on Google and we're very Happy and we're impressed of Mr Taylors efficient professional assistance. He understood are need for sleep at 3:00am and was very quick to check us in to a Great Room to get some rest! As well explained everything. After getting into the room this hotel was definitely the right choice! Would highly recommend this place as a Pit stop if your needing rest. If I could give Taylor a raise I would he was even so Humble not to accept a tip!
