If you are looking to “no answer”, “get ignored”, responses like “shortly” through txt, “call back”…

Then this is your number 1 go to agency…

By the time you hit a jackpot and miraculously receive a response from them, Adil specifically, you will be asked to change your preferred departure/arrival to fit the ticket they think it best for “them”.

If you stick to your dates than most likely you getting a shitty ticket that will leave you scratching your head…

Save yourself a headache and stress, you live in the US, a $50 or even a $100 extra is not worth compromising your travel plans for this agency that has no value to customers, or understanding of customer service.

You probably can use your Google flight, Skyscanner, hopper, trivago… or any other search engine to give you a sense of which airline has a lowest price, then go to that airline directly and search for the ticket, most likely you will save a LOT of $$$ and most importantly save a LOT OF HEADACHES, your health is more important than the few pennies you thinking you will save through this agency.

If we all stop calling them and STOP giving them business, we can teach them a lesson about customer service, and believe me, they will be the one calling you and begging for your service not the other way around.

Please don't trust this guy name ADIL he is i believe from india and don't ever send him any money through Zelle I swear he is a lier and he just stole my $900 from me I purchased airline ticket and he never answered the phone. Means he took forever to answer you even if you have emergency. He doesn’t care .it may take 3 4 days to receive a text from him saying (shortly )he is not professional and he didn't have any respect for his clients .i will not recommend him to anyone any good reviews that you may see most of it he know them and he ask them please can you give me a good reviews and check good people what they write about him he may find away to lie like always that’s who it is I attracted a Zelle that I send him and he only make a reservation for me he never pay Turkish airlines I ask him many times to show me a proof that you pay them he come back to me asking for $200 and he want me to Zelle it again… and a lot more I don’t know if I’m allowed to leave my contract here so any one can contact me and I can send you proof of everything. Please again don’t throw your money don’t even deal with this guy go to google and purchase ticket your self ….. he doesn’t deserve it .. thanks for your time

Do not purchase a ticket from them . I purchased ticket from Tareq and I asked him to put my seats together with the person I am traveling with . He said he cannot do it and asked me to go the airline. when I reached the airline they told me that is the agency needs to do that and if the airline wants to do that they charge extra $50. I called their office again and again and they never returned my call. You are better off if you work with the airline themselves rather than these agencies.

I will recommend everyone to stay away from this agency, they have absolutely zero respect to their customer once you pay him he will never answer your phone .now he has so much money from people like you and me . he doesn't care any more . this is USA not Pakistan.

Poor communication. Refuses to change flight without paying an obscene price. He blames it on “no flights available” or “holiday” price differences. The fare differences he gives are more than a one way flight on the same day. It seems extremely dishonest. Many of my classmates have had this issue with him and although we want to leave on different days all of us have the same “fare difference”.
