We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Melanie as our party host for our son’s 6th birthday!
She went above and beyond to make our celebration run smoothly, and her positive attitude made the party ten times better than we ever imagined. Our son felt so special, and we could really see how much Melanie cared about making the day memorable for everyone.

My Skyzone experience in Ventura was Great !!! Me and my friends showed up early and we got to jump around the whole park with just us ! It was so fun , we played dodgeball , their airbag is awesome way better than sweaty foam pits , their court monitors are very gentle and nice ! And the managers are really nice and look like they work Hard ! I would definitely recommend if you want a clean , Fun Skyzone experience
I also Met Kyanna And Karol who always encourage me to have fun and to be safe - I feel really welcome here 🙂

Sky Zone Ventura is amazing! The customer service is top-notch, and the team is so friendly and helpful. The manager is fantastic—you can tell they really care.

If you’re looking for a fun, safe place to bring your kiddos, this is it! My kids had a blast, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

They told my son they could not play dodgeball that it was closed. I went and asked why and she said that it has to be at least four people to play a game and I said why can’t my sons just play against each other and she said there has to be four people And then they close the area next to it. They need more staff. They shouldn’t advertise these attractions if they don’t have enough staff to have them open or they should post on their website when they’re closed so people don’t come here thinking they’re getting the attractions they advertise online for their money. It’s false advertisement don’t come here.

Manager Nick Always checking everything to make sure everything is okay and safe for the little ones and everyone, you can buy snacks,candy pizza and drinks there, clean restroom 🚻 the best time to go with a little one under 7 is during the day till before 7pm otherwise is hard for them to fully enjoy cuz a lot bigger kids, they have couple massage chairs that you can use while big kids playing, sitting area, couple couches, tables/chairs, they provide really good socks anti slip so kids are safe jumping/running kids will be like non stopping.

We've been to many skyzones but this one tops it all. Jenna is amazing with kids! She made my shy son feel comfortable and included right away. Her kindness and patience really stood out. We’ll definitely be back because of her!

Nice variety of things to do. Cannot imagine this place being busy and packed. It seems relatively small compared to my home state. Great for morning hours and being indoor.

Sky Zone was a disappointing experience. While the concept of a trampoline park is fun, the reality fell short.
A significant issue was the inconsistent availability of attractions. The dodgeball area, a highlight for many, was frequently closed, and it often felt like staff were reluctant to open it. This was frustrating, as other play areas were also often inaccessible, with staff simply stating they were closed without further explanation. Essentially, most of my time was limited to basic jumping, which wasn't worth the price of admission. The lack of open attractions drastically reduced the value and enjoyment of the visit. If you're looking for more than just jumping, l'd recommend looking elsewhere.
