I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd and Sky Bird Travel & Tour, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.

In March 2020, I booked a flight through Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd, an Indian travel agency, which used Sky Bird Travel & Tour as their intermediary in Houston, Texas. The flight was scheduled for April, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was canceled. According to United Airlines' policy, I was entitled to a full refund. However, what followed was a never-ending ordeal of unresponsiveness and a lack of cooperation from both Yo Yatra and Sky Bird Travel & Tour.

I reached out to United Airlines' customer care, hoping they could provide some assistance. While they were initially sympathetic, they informed me that as my ticket was a bulk ticket purchased through Yo Yatra, I needed to contact the travel agency directly. This marked the beginning of an arduous journey filled with mental torture and financial pressure that has persisted for over 3.5 years.

Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd and Sky Bird Travel & Tour have been uncooperative and have failed to provide any satisfactory solution regarding my refund request. They have been unresponsive to my emails and calls, leaving me feeling utterly helpless and frustrated. In hindsight, I deeply regret not accepting United Airlines' offer of a voucher at the time of cancellation and instead opting for a refund through Yo Yatra.

Despite reaching out to United Airlines in the hopes of them applying pressure on Yo Yatra and Sky Bird Travel & Tour, the customer care representatives could not offer any direct assistance. Their only suggestion was to contact the Better Business Bureau, which added to my mounting frustration and sense of powerlessness.

Given the significant amount of time that has passed without any progress or resolution, I strongly advise fellow travelers to exercise caution when dealing with Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd and Sky Bird Travel & Tour. It is crucial to consider alternative options for your travel needs, as the lack of transparency, responsiveness, and accountability from both Yo Yatra and Sky Bird Travel & Tour in resolving this matter has been extremely disappointing.

I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others, and I implore Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd and Sky Bird Travel & Tour to take the necessary steps to address and rectify these issues promptly. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and resolution from both parties involved.
