It was an experience getting there. It's on a dirt road, sometimes quite bumpy. The car (we used a sedan) got very dusty, I would think if it was a wet time, we would be quite muddy. No phone reception around the rock. There's a wire fence separating the railroad tracks from the road. I got through the first set of fence (you have to wade through bunch of thorny brush) but decided not to try to find a way through the second set separating the tracks from the rock. It was an adventure for sure!

I personally don’t like when people painting rocks it start to be more comment around the desert. but when you see one art work I guess it’s OK . This rock was cool I couldn’t find access to get near the rock it was a fence so we just drove .

Love it. Been going there since I was little. They cut the rock so you can't climb up on it. But, love the memories.

Pretty cool to see in person. Recommend using an off road vehicle rather than a sedan.

6 miles down a dirt road and there is no road to it. It is way off on private property with no way to get close.
