Y'all, I am obsessed with Stacy. Hiring her was the best decision I made in wedding planning. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Stacy knew what she was doing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She kept me calm when I was freaking out about rain the week of the wedding and ensured that everything went flawlessly. Additionally, she has great professional connections in Central Florida so when I had an issue with a vendor, she actually knew someone at the company and could have reached out to them if it had been necessary (which made me feel better lol).

I think one of the most important things you need to have in order to truly enjoy your own wedding day is peace of mind. So many people say their wedding was stressful, or they didn't eat, or they were rushing around all day. How terrible is that when it is supposed to be your most special day an you paid so much money for all of it Thanks to Stacy, I did not have to worry about a single thing and got to truly relax and enjoy my day.

She has a very easy and detailed questionnaire that I completed so she knew everything. I basically brain dumped all of my planning on her, gave her vendor contact info, and she went with it! Every single detail I told her about was just perfect. She set up a lot of décor, along with our florist, and it all looked so beautiful and just as I requested. I was never hungry or thirsty because Stacy was always right there to get me a beverage or whatever I needed.

Stacy also handled some slightly complicated family dynamics with grace and confidence. Every one of the other vendors complimented her work and stated she was one of the best coordinators they ever worked with, which I think says a lot! My wedding party also loved her because she is so sweet and fun! She ran a flawless rehearsal for us so, again, everything was so stress free.

Stacy coordinated another wedding that I attended, where she unfortunately had to handle a medical emergency with a guest and she was cool, calm, and collected under pressure.

Stacy is extremely LGBTQ+ supportive and I would hire her for any type of couple. I also think her prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the amount of work she put into making my day perfect!

Stacy is AMAZING and you will not regret hiring her!

Hands down the best investment I made in my wedding was hiring Stacy as our day of coordinator. From the moment I reached out to her she was kind and professional. She consistently reassured me that she was here for me and did whatever she could to make our day better. We had some photographer stress prior to the wedding which she took upon herself to handle so I wouldn't have to worry about it. From the the rehearsal to the day of the wedding Stacy made sure everything was perfect and just how I liked it.

I always pictured myself as the bride who would be running around crazy stressed the day of the wedding, but I could to be the complete opposite because of Stacy. She even reached out to us the day after the wedding and sent us some good recommendations for things to do at the location we were honeymooning at. If you are on the fence on booking Stacy as your coordinator or booking a coordinator at all, DO IT. You will not regret it!

Stacy came highly recommended and upon our very first interactions, I knew right away we needed to have her as our day of coordinator! Stacy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. We live and Canada so trying to coordinate while taking into consideration our time difference and hectic schedule wasn't easy, but Stacy made sure we knew what was going on, gave us tips, listened, and catered to all of our needs. Hiring Stacy was absolutely one of, if not, the best decision we made for our wedding! She truly made our day go so smoothly and we had no worries that day because of her. Stacy was hands-down the best coordinator I could have hired for our wedding! She was incredibly responsive to any random text I sent her, took away any stress or anxiety I had related to the logistics the day of, worked well with every vendor we booked, and was a pro at navigating some very weird and challenging family dynamics that popped up. One of the things I valued most was her willingness to be ‘the bad guy’ whenever needed to prevent any conflicts or additional stress on me and my husband. Throughout the day and reception I truly felt like Stacy had my back. She somehow managed to pop up at all the right times to check in on me, whether it was putting a drink in my hand or making sure I was comfortable with any adjustments that needed to be made with our timeline. I highly recommend booking her for your wedding!

Where do I even begin? Stacy was hands down the best decision I made when wedding planning and If I lived locally, I would book her over and over again for any and all of my events. She without a doubt is the reason my wedding went off without a hitch. Even when things didn't go exactly as I had originally planned, she was always one step ahead to make it fall into place. She has always communicated with me seamlessly, she was timely and organized and held down the fort the entire night. She made all of my decision making super easy so I was able to enjoy my wedding and just be the bride. She is kind but she is focused and will get the job done 100%. I can not recommend her enough. My husband and I still talk about how we wish we could have a permanent Stacy in our lives!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible, Simply Staggs Events is truly amazing. Stacy helped coordinate my wedding at the Art and History Museum in Maitland. She made sure that ever vendor arrived on time and understood the complete schedule. She went over everything with myself and the bride in extreme detail and was professional the entire time. I don’t think the wedding would have been possible without all of her help. I really can’t recommend her enough, make sure you check with her first before anyone else!!

If you are looking for an approachable, organized, friendly and helpful day of coordinator, you should hire Stacy. She did a wonderful job, made sure everything ran smoothly, had excellent communication, and was so helpful. She's prompt, on top of the details, pays attention and is worth every penny.
