From day one she was extremely helpful and amazing to talk to, no matter what would happen or issue would arise she would help without hesitation. We both were behind thankful for how she handled our family’s and made everything a breeze so I could relax all the way up to the hotel! ?

Victoria is so well organized and helpful, I could not have been able to get through my day without her! I had her for day-of coordination, but she was still helpful when I needed recommendations for makeup and hair. She also saved us when we had to change our DJ last minute (notifying us when a highly negative review of our previously planned DJ showed up on a wedding page I was not a part of). She went above and beyond! Highly recommended!

I was one of those brides who was super organized, super creative, super on-top-of-deadlines and communication. Originally I didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator. Wrong. Very wrong. Every bride needs Vicki with Simply Nerdy Events at their wedding. She is AMAZING. I’ve also been in a lot of weddings where the wedding party or families kinda got annoyed at the coordinator… not the case with Vicki. Literally the first thing my mom said to me after the wedding was “Vicki was worth every penny.” She is incredibly responsive and organized leading up to the event. Any little question I had, Vicki responded promptly with an answer or was more than willing to contact the specific vendor to get the answer. My favorite thing about Vicki is that she treats all of her weddings/brides as individuals. Every bride has a different planning style and a different vision of the day and she respects that. I still wanted to be the “planner” and the one creating and finalizing the schedules—no problem. Vicki never tried to shut me down, she just stepped in where I needed her or offered suggestions where she saw fit. She has an incredible ability to do as much or as little as needed. Vicki is the perfect mix of sweet, fun, personable but she’s also willing to be stern to keep things moving according to schedule. Vicki is extremely reliable—always on time and always efficient. She will solve a problem before the bride even knows about it. I had a very specific vision for my décor and she absolutely followed all my notes and pictures and really made it come to life. She was my (and my family’s) go-to girl on wedding day. Though there were a few hiccups in the schedule, she always came to me with a solution which honestly made it better than I had originally planned. My dad was having an issue with the bartender serving warm drinks… he went to Vicki… SOLVED. She was literally the answer to all of my questions and I am so glad she was there to help the wedding day run smoothly. Cannot recommend her enough!!
