Crystal woke up one day and decided she could be a travel agent. She does not have years of experience nor knowledge to put your life in her hands. She planned a trip for our family and it was a disaster. Do not work with this agent. Again she just became a travel agent over night and is not professional. Shop else where. Be warned ⚠️
