Silver Therapeutics is hands down the best dispensary I’ve ever been to, and that’s all thanks to the incredible team working there. I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Victoria, Barry, John, and Mila, and let me tell you, they are rockstars! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and at ease.

I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived, but that quickly changed. We bonded over my shirt, and the conversation we had was so genuine and uplifting—it truly made my day better. You can tell these folks love what they do and care about their customers.

Victoria was super knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions with a smile. Barry had this amazing energy that made the whole experience fun. John was incredibly efficient, making sure I got in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and Mila was the sweetest, making sure I found exactly what I needed.

The shop itself is clean, organized, and well-stocked, but it’s the people who make it special. Silver Therapeutics is lucky to have such an amazing team, and I hope they know how much of a difference these four make. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s them! I’ll definitely be back, not just for the great products but for the amazing vibes these folks bring.

Even though there are shops in New York State, where I live, now, I prefer Silver Therapeutics. The product range is impressive, and the staff is amazing. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and take away any choice anxiety. The products are best quality, but go the staff is the clincher for me.

I have now had 3-4 interactions with an “Eden” and all of them have not been pleasant.
They appear stand offish, unwilling to help, and wanting to end the transaction as quick as possible.

Silver Therapeutics in williamstown is by far the best dispensary, with many different products to choose from. The employees are always cordial and knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted immediately. I drive almost 30 minutes instead of going to one closer. Great prices and great selection. You can't go wrong. 10/10

You folks are number 1 in my favorite dispensaries. Chris is my go to budtender. He encouraged me into signing up for the VIP membership. I have already saved money being a VIP. They are so good here that we put our name on a waiting list for a certain item and when that item came in, Chris gave me a call stating that our item came in. Thanks Chris. Although Chris is my go to guy, all your folks are great people. Thank you all for being so great. I enjoyed my flower on Valentines Day. Great job.😃

Staff were incredibly friendly to both myself and my service cat, cat tax included. You often have to be cautious around Pride month, as some businesses feign support just to attract another demographic. However, you won’t find that attitude here. Instead, my partner and I had a lovely conversation with staff members Conner and Jess about the nearby Pride fairs, and they were genuinely passionate about the topic.

In addition to their enthusiasm for Pride, they were knowledgeable budtenders. I had never experimented with oils and infused bath bombs before, but they explained what they were, how they're made, how to use them, and their benefits.

The staff are not only great, but this location also offers amazing value for the selection available. We drove from New York for better deals and prices, and we got exactly that. Unlike some dispensaries that might seem 'sketchy', this one felt safe and welcoming. Upon leaving the store, another customer overheard our Pride conversation and even offered us one of their limited Pride joint. Lovely people all around.

Just before leaving, we realized we didn’t have a lighter with us. While this might not happen to everyone, we confessed our mistake, and the staff were so understanding that they gave us a lighter for free.
